Product was excellent quality and shipped very securely. I normally pay a high-end frame shop but decided to try this due to the savings. It looked as good as my others from the frame shop. Just make sure that you know what you are buying as some reviews seem to have bought the wrong item. This is a wrap around frame for use with a wrap canvas picture. There is no glass and you can see the sides if they are not wrapped. Make sure you read instructions on the dimensions. The frame was wood and fully assembled - you just have to insert your picture and secure it.

The product and the manner in which everything comes together is simply perfect!

I have been happily using PictureFrames.com for over a decade because of their consistent quality, shipping, and options to customize the matt size. Their frames were special and custom, living up to their "made by artists, for artists" slogan. Sadly, over the last few years they have significantly reduced their gallery style frame offerings and only offer a few matt widths. I tried one of the only gallery style satin black frames left (the Cassidy) but am much less satisfied with the result. Now the generic frame profile made of particle board cheapens the presentation of my art. Why don't they offer a sustainably grown, solid wood, simple rounded profile gallery frame in satin black, like the old 3BK frame style?

I was trying to get a 5x7" picture framed. I uploaded the image on your website and was initially going to buy the framed image. But then I decided to save $10 and mount it myself, so I chose that option. When the frame arrived, the mat didn't fit my picture! I guess the online system decided the picture was 5x8" when it was actually 5x7". Now I've spent $85 on a frame I can't use. Any chance you could send me a new mat for a 5x7 picture? I'd be grateful.

I received my frame today and I am very disappointed with the quality of it. There are significant gaps in the corner.

I am also disappointed with the sizing. I ordered a frame without the mat and the “image size” I inputted was not taken as the display size. The displayed size was 0.5” smaller in all directions. Yet when they size with a mat the image size is the displayed size.

Love my new picture frame! Easy to order and delivered so much faster than a custom frame shop and much less expensive for quality.

I looked everywhere for a reasonable price on a picture frame that is fairly large 56 x 32. This company delivered on everything! Love the quality of the frame and it fit the piece perfectly. Something I will cherish for many years.

I have a print which is an odd size and I was able to have one made just to fit. Perfect for unique art, turning a pick into a signature piece. Excellent for finishing pieces for flipping that came from a flea market (for example)
