Don’t waste a cent on them!

Sent out the incorrect order three times to me and only after insisting on speaking to a manager, I found out that they switched suppliers and the acrylic I wanted to match existing orders was not possible. Even though the previous acrylic was sent out with a brand name on it, they would not even tell me the information of it. If they had informed me that the supply was changing I would’ve kept out of the brand information when it was sent out on a previous order but apparently now that that’s secret information! they have no idea what customer service is!

Fantastic! Great product and excellent service

Fantastic! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a canvas frame. The ordering process was easy, the frame is beautifully finished, and it fits my canvas perfectly. The prices were very fair as well. Customer service was outstanding. They helped me quickly and resolved everything fast. Truly great service!

1 star for customer service

1. First order you didn't have the frame I requested and I waited a couple of weeks.
2. Second order came quickly but with wrong clips to put canvas in frame.
3. Responses from questions asked always included "as mentioned before" which is insulting to the customer who may have forgotten.

What else would anyone want?

Process:
Ordered through their friendly user website. Order confirmation received. Processing update notification received. Shipping notification received. Tracking number received. Delivery. Frame packaged very safely for no damages. Opened package. Frame just what I ordered. What else can anyone want? Thank You:)

I have never received two of the three…

I have never received two of the three frames I ordered. Getting a resolution has not been easy. I like the frames, but the order process, logistics, and customer service have been anything but smooth. Not sure that I will use you again. Maybe once, more, if at all.

We are a tax exempt company and I…

We are a tax exempt company and I reached out to their customer service to ask how to get this exemption applied, and they told me to send the Order # to a customer service email and they could get the price adjusted. After completing that request, they informed me that an adjustment cant be made after the order is already placed. Just bad customer service.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. Frame arrived in a timely manner, well-packaged and looks great. It's amazing how impactful changing out a frame can be.
