​I am beyond disappointed with the experience I’ve had with Pictorem. I ordered professional framing for a client’s wedding, but the quality I received was completely unacceptable. The miter joints were gapping and misaligned, and the wood was chipped—not at all the "professional" standard they advertise.
​To make matters worse, their customer service has been non-existent. I’ve sent multiple emails and left several voicemails over the past few days, and not a single person has bothered to get back to me.
​Because of the poor craftsmanship and the lack of communication, I was unable to deliver these pieces for the wedding reception today. This has resulted in the total dissatisfaction of my clients and, ultimately, the loss of their business entirely. It is incredibly frustrating to have my professional reputation damaged by a supplier's lack of care and accountability.
​I am still waiting on a full refund. I would strongly advise fellow professionals to look elsewhere if you have a deadline or expect a high-quality finish.

if you do print-on-demand, avoid this company. Ordered since May 5, 10 days later, it has not yet shipped, so terrible. It is my first and the last order.

I placed an order for a print of a painting I have had for years that was washed out due to being near a skylight. It arrived with an unsightly watermark of the company in the corner. This was not indicated when I purchased the print. It looks ridiculous.

I highly recommend this company for canvas prints. I had one dozen stretched prints made for a client and they were excellent quality, and well-priced. The color was perfect and vibrant, and the finishing of the stretched prints was flawless. However, I do not recommend their paper prints. I ordered one as a sample, and it came crushed and creased in four places.

My order of 62 metal box prints arrived the other day and the Pictorem team did a great job.

In particular, my prints were formatted to be mirrored onto the sides of the metal box, and based on the previews I was prepared for certain unwanted elements to be mirrored because of their location. It was a pleasant surprise to discover those elements had been cloned out or erased from the sides, improving the overall effect. I did not request it or pay extra for this retouching, and it was as if the Pictorem production team read my mind and knew how to get the best from the images.

It was noticed and appreciated.

I've had some false starts getting into business with Pictorem.
I'd like to use their service as one of my printers for Canvas (giclee) Art Prints - so I can ship shorter distances. Their catalog is compelling, and it 'looks' like they do fine work.

Unfortunately, I had a production issue with a print-on board that was striped (significantly) off the printer. They avoided acknowledging the issue, and told me they didn't give refunds / couldn't reprint. Since the image would have been fantastic if not marred by pink lines from the printer, but was not usable with them, I felt this was a D grade response.

I am also having some issues with typical things in their web-interface - like images disappearing after upload, and being gone from my account, authentication headaches with passwords...

This would be okay, but I have also had a poor experience with their customer service.
I reached the person who says 'We don't do that' - but otherwise, I've had no response to my customer service email.
I'm not exactly nice. I admit. I'm brusque, and I say what doesn't work, and I let it ring that I'm not pleased, but I'm willing to be led, and to switch to being happy if an associate helps me - even a little.

What I'd like, is to get a small gallery set up in their system, and be able to order from them without too much trouble; be able to count on consistently good quality of the prints.

Try Pictorem, you WILL NOT BE disappointed. I've been involved with commercial aerial photography for years and years ago auto body paint work and I'm really picky, I have never been disappointed with Pictorem. Their work is incredible and reasonably priced.
