I ordered the sample kit. I wish the images in the samples were more "normalcy like landscapes and people portraits or have the same image in every sample so you can really see the difference.

Pictorem got my order out quickly and helped me resolve a problem I created by making a mistake when I wrote up my order. I am very happy with the experience.

Product is just as advertised. Neutral enough that it suits several possible locations in my house. No issues with delivery. I didn’t notice the price was in American dollars & I am Canadian - but I admit that is probably my fault for not scrutinizing the bill.

Quick and affordable

Transaction was seamless. Product was priced competitively and arrived in the time indicated at time of purchase. Did an 1-1/2" wrap and the picture turned out just the way I envisioned it. Top notch quality and customer service. Will use them again.

It’s been a week and I haven’t got any news for that first order. So I can’t comment on the quality yet.

I dealt with a couple of other print companies that were absolutely abysmal. Print quality was horrendous and the process of trying to get a refund bordered on fraud.
As artists our reputations are on the line, Pictorem stepped up with great quality and customer service. I will definitely be using them again.

I have had a few photos of paintings printed on canvas. I used to use the local craft store (starts with “M”) but it was more expensive and would take 6-8 weeks. I later found out that they used a printer in Texas! They wouldn’t ship it to my house - I had to pick it up at the store. Pictorem shipped it directly to me in a couple of weeks, at a better price.

For artists who want to sell prints of your work, take a hi-def digital picture, submit it to Pictorem and they will ship it directly to your customer.

It seems the color was a bit off. Not at all like the image I uploaded. I did like the paper stock. Date of order I can't remember.
