I ordered a floating & framed wedding picture got my wife thinking it would preserve a picture. It did something better. The metal gives our wedding day a kind of quiet permanence, as if the light from that moment finally found a surface it trusted. She loved it. That was the proof.

The ordering process was straightforward and easy. My order was handled quickly and shipped the following day. We were extremely happy with the final acrylic framed photo.

This was my second order from PICTOREM. This time I framed a photo I had taken as a Mother’s Day present. It was quick and easy to use the website. The quality of the photo and framing is excellent. Delivery was fast for an item that needs to be built to order. The price was so reasonable. I’m already thinking of more photos to print. Thank you for helping me bring a smile to my mother’s face.

Another fantastic experience with the pictorem team. The final went beyond my expectations, and the delivery was impressively fast-even compared to many U.S companies.

I would strongly advise any artists or customers to avoid Pictorem entirely.

I’ve dealt with a lot of print companies over the last 20 years, some good, some not so much, but Pictorem is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The final straw for me was discovering that money earned from my own artwork sales had effectively been locked into “credit” after being partially used for a membership payment, without it ever being made clear that this would be a one way transfer, meaning the remaining balance could never be withdrawn. In all honesty it just sounds like a weak excuse for them to not have to pay me my money. I’ve now spent well over a month trying to get $172 of my own earnings returned to a withdrawable balance. After a single reply refusing to help, Pictorem support has simply ignored every follow-up email since.

That alone should concern any artist thinking of trusting this company with their earnings, but it’s far from the only issue. The website is incredibly unstable and regularly goes offline without warning, sometimes multiple times a day. Problems I raised more than two years ago still haven’t been fixed. Communication is poor, support is painfully slow, and order fulfilment has become increasingly unreliable.

Earlier this year one of my customers waited more than six weeks for their order to be dispatched while I repeatedly chased Pictorem for updates myself. That is completely unacceptable, and I am not the only artist who has experienced this. Not only does it reflect badly on the platform, it also reflects badly on the artist, and I’m honestly amazed my customer didn’t cancel their order and just walk away.

I have now completely lost trust in Pictorem. Artists should seriously consider whether they want a platform that can restrict access to their own earnings and then ignore them when challenged about it. Customers should also think carefully before ordering through a company that appears incapable of providing a reliable service.

I gave Pictorem every opportunity to resolve this privately before posting this review, but after being ignored for weeks I will now be escalating the matter formally through Québec consumer protection channels and closing my account permanently.

I placed an order for two rolled canvas prints. They arrived in a sturdy box and the quality is great. I am very happy with Pictorem so far and will be ordering more.

This is my first ever metal print (satin finish)! I LOVE IT. And the delivery time was even faster than my last canvas order. Way to go Pictorem. Your work is exceptional and worth the great pricing you are giving me. My next order will be metal with a shiny finish. Looking to use one of my photos with plenty of colour. Thanks again.
