This was my first order, and it was for sample prints. The ordering system was easy to use, and the samples arrived when promised.

The price on getting my custom poster was much more affordable through Pictorem than through other companies. Overall, the poster quality is very high, but the resolution of the print is not as crisp as I would like. This could be from the file I selected rather than their capabilities though, so I will very likely try again in the future to see if I get a full 5-star experience then!

I ordered a HD sublimation Chromaluxe Metal Print. The clarity and colour definition is excellent. Website is simple, informative and very easy to follow when placing an order.

I used Pictorem some years ago and it was fine. But now in 2026 I have to say WOW! The website is fantastic; it makes the whole process easy and intuitive. The speed of service is so much faster. What took a month back then takes only a week now. And the quality of the product (for me, a photo on metal) is as good if not better than before.

The order page is very clear and easy to navigate the wide variety of materials to print on.
The flow from print choice through the checkout process is simple and easily understood.
I have had no complaints from any customer about delivery or print quality.
