The acrylic mounted photo looked absolutely stunning. The color depth and image clarity were exceptional, and I received many compliments on it. Processing and shipping were also very fast.

Super easy process over internet, I was able to upload my own pictures, able to pick my custom sizes of canvas.
Excellent price point with discount as well.
My delivery took over 15days due to ups error but finally got it.

Upon receipt of my photographic print, I observed that the protective plastic was fractured, resulting in damage to the print itself, notwithstanding your packaging efforts. While the chosen delivery service may bear some culpability, they have disclaimed responsibility. Consequently, to adhere to my deadline, I was compelled to procure a replacement through an expedited service, incurring an additional cost of $100.00.

I was sent a framed print with large marks, maybe fingerprints on it and the told it was my responsibility to clean it using the instructions they sent. This is similar to buying an expensive garment having it come with grease marks on it and being told to try cleaning it before they would consider any kind of solution to replace or refund it's purchase. Highly unprofessional!
