This was my second order without pictorem, and once again I couldn't be happier with the result . The three photographs turned out beautifully, and the sizing was exactly what I was hoping for. I especially appreciated the ready-to-hang option, which made installation effortless. Everything arrived professionally framed and perfectly prepared to go right on the wall.

Save Your Money -- Pictorem Delivered a $160 Piece of Garbage
I ordered a framed print with plexiglass. What arrived was so dark and poor in quality it was completely unusable -- we couldn't display it anywhere.
When I contacted customer service, they blamed the digital file from the gallery and washed their hands of it entirely. No refund. No reprint. No accountability. Just a suggestion that I chase down the gallery myself.
We threw the print in the trash. One hundred and sixty dollars, gone.
If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect Pictorem to make it right. They'll point fingers elsewhere and leave you holding the bag. There are plenty of other print services out there -- spend your money with one that stands behind their work.

Everything, from the ease of ordering to having my questions answered, to the rapid delivery was perfect.

The quality of the work we received from pictorem was absolutely exceptional. The print an framing exceeded our expectations, and we were equally impressed by how quickly the order arrived despite being shipped internationally.

Order was not delivered, contacted Pictorem a first time to advise them there was a problem with their supplier and the delivery carrier was not helping. No answer. Contacted them again... No answer. Decided to leave a negative feedback through the link they send to review the print as I was tired of their lack of answer and no support... Surprise you can't leave a bad feedback, this just open a new ticket.
This time they answered but without reading my previous messages and were not helpful. They did not acknowledged that product was late and passed my deadline and so that I wanted a refund. 2 weeks later and no news, now opened a claim with paypal.
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Will not use again

The packaging for my metal print was superb. I don't think an army tank rolling over it could have damaged it! The metal print itself was excellent. I am very pleased with the color, detail and brilliance. Pictorem is true to their advertising. You will not be disappointed using them for your partner in producing your artwork. Their attention to every detail is evident in the final product.

The acrylic mounted photo looked absolutely stunning. The color depth and image clarity were exceptional, and I received many compliments on it. Processing and shipping were also very fast.
