This was my first order with Pictorem and I could not be more pleased. The artwork I ordered was a very large (40" X 41") original work that will be framed and hung over our fireplace. It arrived very quickly (they paid shipping) and was well packed in a large sturdy tube. The print was stunningly well done and the paper and print method was outstanding!! I have already made another order and will recommend to friends!!

I had a puzzle made of a family photo at an online photo center of a big box store, but that puzzle was extremely difficult to put together as the pieces fit much too loosely. So I had the puzzle made again by Pictorum. Night and day difference!! The puzzle made by Pictorum was MUCH better quality and the pieces fit together tightly so you could assemble sections and then move them into place easily. Very happy with the Pictorum puzzle. Yes, it was more expensive, but definitely worth it.

The online upload and editing tools were intuitive and easy to use. I particularly appreciated the ability to customize the print dimensions since my frame required metric measurements rather than standard sizes. The turnaround time was surprisingly fast, and the finished print looked fantastic with excellent image quality.

I recently prepared five custom pages for my store. While setting them up, I noticed that the editor’s functions are somewhat basic. Having access to a more versatile rich text editor would be incredibly helpful for creating highly engaging and attractive pages for our customers.

I also read "A Guide to Selling Prints Online" and found it very valuable for gaining a clear, big-picture understanding of the digital art market.

As we focus heavily on social media marketing, we would highly benefit from a feature that allows us to download a ZIP package of product mockups all at once. Additionally, having a built-in function to create mockups in an Instagram Reel (9:16) format would be a fantastic tool for modern creators.

I am highly impressed with your printing service quality—especially the Metal and Acrylic Prints, which look absolutely stunning. So far, I haven't sold my product, but for sure I am excited to sell my artwork through your platform.
