We had received an item that was unfortunately damaged in transit to us.
Leanne was so friendly, kind and understanding on the phone and dealt with the third party vendor on our behalf, keeping us informed by email and sorted out a resolution for us.

My order was delivered to designated address very quickly - quite impressive! Then the recipient somehow misplaced the parcel and I sought help from Philip Harris. They were able to provide information about the package and even a photo of the parcel within minutes. That helped my receiver locate the misplaced parcel. I applaud PH for great sales and after-sales service!
