Excellent service from Philip Harris. As the goods were ordered very last minute, I was worried that they would not arrive in time before the summer holidays. I rang and was assured that all items were in stock and that they would be delivered in 2 - 3 working days, that was on the Tuesday and by Thursday of that week all items had been received. I also had a query about something else and I was put through to a lovely customer service agent who was a pleasure to talk to, my query was resolved in no time at all.

Great service
I ordered a collection of part for my granddaughter as a construction kit for Christmas. All arrived promptly with a minor discrepancy on the order. I emailed them on Saturday morning and the automated reply said office open Monday to Friday. On Sunday morning I had a reply from Sophie saying that all was sorted and corrected part was on the way.

A Great Company
The quality of equipment here is really excellent, especially with regards to school physics equipment, many items of which you cannot find anywhere else. The customer support is also fantastic, being speedy and efficient - issues were solved almost instantly, saving me a considerable headache! Additionally, I cannot praise the generous returns policy enough. As yearly budgets are limited and every £ counts it makes a big difference to be able to easily return items. An all round great company.

Philip Harris have excellent customer service, emails are responded to very quickly and efficiently.
Delivery is also very swift assuming the items are in stock when you place the order.
They also offer very good technical support.
