My go-to supplier for school science
Philip Harris always are prompt with delivery and are competitively priced (not always cheapest, but close enough that the fast delivery trumps competition).
They are very responsive to queries as well.

Easy to use website and a quick delivery. One item was missing but this was soon rectified and a replacement was despatched the same day.

Excellent customer service, I have ordered a chemical which I was looking to use for an experiment in the same week. Lovely team member I was speaking to, raised the order almost straight away, and had it delivered on the agreed date, within short turn around time which is amazing. Thanks to Leanne.

Faulty item replaced without question
I raised an enquiry about whether a small item could be replaced when it became faulty after a few months. Although I was only able to give outline information about the original order, the enquiries team sourced the relevant information and arranged a replacement the same working day. It was a small, inexpensive item but, as school budgets are straining, I'm delighted to receive a replacement. I have full confidence in the company to address any concerns I raise.
