I have no hesitation in recommending Philip Bannister and Co. They were terrific in selling my mum's bungalow in Hessle.
Nicola and Leah are top drawer. They are personable, sensitive, give excellent advice and are exceptional communicators. Shame they don't have a national coverage! They are professional and real ambassadors for Philip Bannister.

Didn't realise that selling a property could be fairly stressful, but Nicola and the ladies at Bannisters reduced that feeling considerably by their knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and their inter personal skills which ultimately assisted, I am sure with the sale of the bungalow.

After 3 phone calls on the day of my viewing, one just an hour before, I was then called 30 minutes before my viewing and told it was cancelled. Disgusting, unprofessional and will never use them or any of my friends.
Terrible and despicable

We have just bought our very first home with the help of Philip Bannister & Co, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish the process was smooth, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and so helpful. As first-time buyers, we had lots of questions, but they always took the time to explain things clearly and guide us through. We felt really supported the whole way and are so grateful for everything they did to make it such a positive experience.

Our experience of selling and buying a property was turning into a nightmare for various reasons and the end seemed to get further and further away.
