We have recently sold our property using Philip Bannisters and would 100% recommend. Sue and her team in Hessle were supportive, honest, and efficient in managing the sale as well as my nerves as we had previously tried other local agents and hadn't managed to get over the line (for various reasons). Despite not being in their immediate local area we were very happy with everything and very appreciative of their amazing work!

We found the communication between the staff members and ourselves to be regular and informative and professional

Really pleased with the service I received from Bannisters. Couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and efficient. House was photographed on the 23rd of December 2025, online the next day (Christmas Eve). It was well presented and sold on the 23rd January 2026. They also handled the purchase of my new property. Would highly recommend them. I dealt with the team in Hessle.

We recently used Philip Bannister & Co in Hessle and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Moving house is notoriously stressful, but the entire team made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. A massive, special thank you goes to Sue, she was an absolute superstar throughout. Her communication was brilliant, and she was incredibly tenacious when it came to chasing up solicitors and keeping us fully updated every step of the way. Professional, friendly, and genuinely supportive.

Didn't realise that selling a property could be fairly stressful, but Nicola and the ladies at Bannisters reduced that feeling considerably by their knowledge, efficiency, professionalism and their inter personal skills which ultimately assisted, I am sure with the sale of the bungalow.
