Peter Clarke were excellent estate agents throughout my tenancy. They responded quickly when I was looking to view the property, very responsive during the process of preparing contracts, etc, quick to deal with any issues during the tenancy, and helpful and professional when the tenancy came to an end. Karen in particular was excellent.

Pav and the team provided my family with a excellent service throughout our purchase. Appointments were on time, we were regularly updated, Pav, especially was proactive in getting our sale through in a timely manner, communicating with us and regular updates. I highly recommend this company, professional and honest throughout the process. We thank you for your hard work and help. Very friendly team

From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed.

I used Peter Clarke Chipping Campden for my house sale.

- I always spoke to someone different. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact.

- I felt quite pressured surrounding viewing times. They were aware that I was living alone and worked full time.

- I had 2 letters posted through my door from prospect buyers saying the either couldn’t get a hold of the agents or they were told I was under offer (I didn’t have an offer at that point).

- I moved out prior to completion. I never received a “Good luck” or “congratulations”. My last email literally says “thanks”

It just seems my sale lost the personal touch that was sold to me initially. It wasn’t a caring process. Nevertheless though, they sold my house and that’s what they’re there for.

We chose Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne as we liked how Kerry and the team came across to us, they were genuine and interested in us as the seller. They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked!
