I used Peter Clarke Chipping Campden for my house sale.

- I always spoke to someone different. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact.

- I felt quite pressured surrounding viewing times. They were aware that I was living alone and worked full time.

- I had 2 letters posted through my door from prospect buyers saying the either couldn’t get a hold of the agents or they were told I was under offer (I didn’t have an offer at that point).

- I moved out prior to completion. I never received a “Good luck” or “congratulations”. My last email literally says “thanks”

It just seems my sale lost the personal touch that was sold to me initially. It wasn’t a caring process. Nevertheless though, they sold my house and that’s what they’re there for.

From day one all the staff have been professional and helpful.

We have just completed on our house sale in Ebrington it went smoothly and without problems all the staff where efficient and helpful with any questions,Manager Ellie did some wonderful photographs of the house and garden for the brochure this gave a first class feel and we are sure helped find that buyer.
