Two years ago we decided to let our property and invited three estate agents to provide valuations. From the outset, Ross from Knights stood out. His appraisal was clear, well-researched, and backed by solid comparable evidence, giving us full confidence in the rental figure he recommended.

Ross and his team quickly secured a tenant at the recommended asking price, and for two years everything ran smoothly. Toward the end of the tenancy, the tenant regrettably conducted himself poorly, but Ross handled the situation brilliantly. His calm advice and hands-on support helped us deal with it confidently, and the outcome was far better than we could have hoped for, entirely thanks to his professionalism and experience.

The team at Knights were really professional, friendly and great with communication. They made the whole renting process straightforward, and I'd absolutely recommend them.

Having recently left a property managed by Knights in Loxwood I can honestly say that they were without doubt the worst estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Numerous faults were reported throughout, some took months to resolve, others didn’t get resolved at all. In truth I think we gave up even trying to get them to perform even the most basic maintenance in the end. The final straw was when they claimed an open fire wasn’t for spacial heating so didn’t require maintenance. Whoever has the misfortune of moving into that dump will find a poorly maintained, dreadfully inefficient, tired property and a bunch of incompetent agents who won’t proactively do anything about it. I would recommend anyone considering renting through Knights to seriously think again, your physical and mental health could well suffer from the experience.

A-team clean have provided End of Tenancy Cleaning Services for Knights Estate Agents for several years in and around Crawley West Sussex area. They are a very honest and professional agency with excellent customer feedback . They always keep me busy and pay immediately upon invoicing. Highly recommended .
