Chloe and her team at Peter Clarke Wellesbourne were always extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Chloe guided us through the new, to us, process of selling at online auction to a successful outcome. It was very reassuring to know that any query was dealt with immediately, we were never left waiting. As one of your other reviewers said, if Chloe was unavailable Kerry or another member of the team was always abreast of the situation and could provide any information. I would definitely recommend. I used Peter Clarke Chipping Campden for my house sale.

- I always spoke to someone different. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact.

- I felt quite pressured surrounding viewing times. They were aware that I was living alone and worked full time.

- I had 2 letters posted through my door from prospect buyers saying the either couldn’t get a hold of the agents or they were told I was under offer (I didn’t have an offer at that point).

- I moved out prior to completion. I never received a “Good luck” or “congratulations”. My last email literally says “thanks”

It just seems my sale lost the personal touch that was sold to me initially. It wasn’t a caring process. Nevertheless though, they sold my house and that’s what they’re there for.

We chose Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne as we liked how Kerry and the team came across to us, they were genuine and interested in us as the seller. They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked! We would certainly use Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne again.

Chloe at the Wellesbourne branch has been amazing from start to finish! She has answered every query and responded to every email or phone call in a timely manner. When I have been chasing my tail, trying to get things finalised, she has been available to support me. Moving house is always going to be a stressful event but Chloe has done everything possible to keep stress levels to a minimum. If I move again, Peter Clarke will be my agents of choice!

Our sale wasn't the easiest!

Sara Jordan Leamington office what a horrible woman, insisted we fill in all sorts of nonsense to get an apointment then didnt reply nada! So i walked in met by surly Sarah and she said property under process by others...so thats it? Couldnt be bothered to a) thnak us for registering or b) saying sorry we will keep you on books.

We recently moved into a new home and Renee and Jacqueline were a brilliant help and support throughout the buying process.
We had great fun choosing our kitchen, flooring and tiles with Renee. She is friendly, fun, helpful and always gets back to you on any issue, big or small. We built a very good friendship with Renee, who guided us through the buying of our new house. It was a stressful time, but both Renee and Jacqueline were very helpful and supportive. On the day of our move Jaqueline was on hand on the telephone and by email to guide and support us through the final steps.
