We had one person dedicated to our house purchase which meant we were dealing with the same person all of the time. Jade was so supportive and helpful and kept in regular contact throughout the process. It made something so stressful feel less daunting just knowing the help was readily available. We would recommend Perry Bishop based on our experience.

Wish all estate agents could be like you Shirley! What could have been a really stressful time trying to move our mother down to Devon has been an absolute pleasure knowing we were in such caring and capable hands the whole way. THE BEST agent we dealt with when we went house hunting. Once the offer was accepted the Jade was our contact for follow up and chasing solicitors etc. Very efficient. Exchanged quickly and move in a month!

Shirley and the team at the Nailsworth office were excellent at keeping us updated throughout the lengthy purchase process,and despite acting as vendors' agents to us were far more proactive than the agents we used in Devon to sell our property.Certainly went "the extra mile" even after completion had taken place.Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very helpful and informative should have used PB when selling my home but had the pleasure of buying my new home from PB who could not have been more helpful when sorting this out
The only criticism would be that the agent who showed me around the property should have been more clued up on the house

Great team at Perry Bishop, who helped to make the whole process of buying a house a much more pleasurable experience. In particular, I like that Perry Bishop have a separate person (Lorraine) specifically allocated to chasing the lawyers and the chain generally. Lorraine was able to keep my informed of where the hold ups were and for me to do my own pushing with my solicitor to encourage push from their side too.
