We cannot thank Rosie at starkings and Watson enough for all her help throughout the process of buying our new home. She has been absolutely incredible from start to finish, always friendly, helpful and supportive. Her communication and support has been amazing and she has made the whole process so much easier for us.

Unfortunately, our experience with the solicitors has been dreadful, and Rosie has gone above and beyond by chasing things up for us most weeks and helping to take some of the stress away. Honestly, it’s a shame the solicitors get paid and not Rosie, because she’s the one who deserves it!!!

Rosie is a real credit to her profession, and we are so grateful for everything she has done for us. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Rosie, for helping us get into our new home! ❤️🏡

The team at Starkings and Watson did a great job when selling our house. It was a complicated and very stressful move as we were relocating abroad but once the sale had been agreed Rosie was absolutely brilliant and looked after us and the sale every step of the way. She was very proactive and kept us fully updated. Her patience and constant support made the whole experience much easier than it could have otherwise been. We have dealt with many companies as part of our move and I only wish they all had a Rosie too! Thanks for everything - you have bern amazing.

We purchased our new home through Starkings and Watson, our initial viewings with Zack were very informative and were very accommodating to arrange around our schedules - then onto the Sale process, briefly dealing with Caroline was great, really helpful and friendly, and Chris really helped get this over the line. It was very helpful and reassuring having such good communication allowing the sale to progress promptly and ironing out any creases along the way - no complaints, at all and really pleased!

Chris Starkings came out to carry out the valuation and to put my home on the market. The website photographs and property details were excellent and Kerri Burrows was my go to person. She looked after us excellently and we soon had viewings. It proved a turbulent time with world circumstances but we exchanged contracts today and I cannot thank them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Rosie has been fantastic throughout our sale/buying process. Even with a few bumps in the road, she was always positive and happy to help. Thank you.

Have been super impressed with the service provided - Millie Edge was fab at updating us and arranging viewings she was always really positive and kept us in the loop.
Janet riches was also very helpful and kept checking in with us and giving us a weekly update and set out the timeline of everything that would need to be done before completion.
We then had Chris Starkings who took over progressing the sale. He was super helpful and friendly, he gave me updates and reassurance at various stages and was always willing to help. They are a fantastic team and were very pleased with the service throughout selling our house and purchasing another - would highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant communication from right at the start when we brought our property to when we moved in. Rosie Turley went above and beyond her role as Sales Progresser . The sellers solicitor was slow at replying to emails so every day she chased and made contact so our sale progressed at speed. For context (both sides were chain free). When it was stressful, she reassured and kept in contact with us and solicitors so we felt positive and heard. We cannot thank Rosie enough as without her, we would not be in our house as quickly as we would without her. Ourselves and our solicitors our side thank Rosie for progressing the sale forward. I have been communicating with Chris Starkings throughout my house buying process and he was my sellers estate agent. He had been a great help assisting me when I had trouble with my solicitor and in my opinion went above and beyond to help me out and guide me through the process being a first time buyer.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Regular feedback from viewing and comments from members of the team; regular weekly phone calls informing me of the progress of the sale - and in the final 2 weeks Rosie Turley particularly chased solicitors very faithfully. I can fully recommend Starkins and Watson in every way.

We told Starkings & Watson in writing that we had decided not to sell our house and asked them to remove the adverts. They declined, and said the property would stay advertised until our notice period ended a fortnight later.

We also made clear we would not be accepting any viewings or offers, as we no longer want to sell our home, and the adverts stayed up regardless.

In my view, advertising a property as for sale when the seller has confirmed in writing that it is not misleads the public, and I don't think a seller should have to argue to get their own home taken off the market. Disappointing way to treat someone at the end of an instruction.

Would not recommend.

We were very pleased with the initial meeting with Chris and the marketing of our property. Rosie worked incredibly hard to get our sale over the line and we really appreciated her tenaciousness and regular updates.

Absolutely fantastic experience in assisting us with a purchase of our new bungalow. Special mention to Sarah.Short who kept me informed and assisted in the process throughout. Sarah called me on a weekly basis with updates (more often than my estate agent when selling my current property) would 100% recommend?!

All in all, a fantastic service from a brilliant team. Their communication, professionalism and teamwork made what could have been a very stressful process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.
