Very professional and prompt with service.I found them most useful and offered help if I needed with anything else.Just a shame about i couldn't get what I was looking for but I got the answers I was looking for regardless.

This is a very complicated area with many different advisors with many different skills. PensionAdvisers found someone who had the specific knowledge and expertise I needed.

Hi did ask about pension but as my wife payed small stamp when we were
Young and did not have a lot of money government found a way of reducing
Her pension in our old age typical as long as members of parliament have
Gold plated pensions everything is o.k.

One of your advisors rang me first thing this morning to talk over this problem and was very helpful, he said when he got back to the office he would look into the matter in more detail & ring me back on house phone, which he has just done giving me some more information which I might need. He ended by telling me to give it a go & if I wouldn’t mind letting him know by email howI get on. Very very pleasant young man & helpful which makes a change nowadays.

Only one person called me back and said they could not help me with a work based pension

I found it a very pleasant conversation. at least he listened to me ans made suggestions as to by best course of action. what I really need is to speak to a pensions department face to face but this can not happen.

Very helpful and extremely easy to deal with.

I spoke to an adviser that promised he would send out some paperwork that I am yet to receive, this encouter left me thinking this must be a scammer.After telling him that I wanted to see what my options are he said he would send out a paper to me to sign so that he could approach my pension provider to discuss my options on my behalf. I thought to myself that doesn't sound right. At one point he asked for my date of birth, I told him I'll disclose when the form comes. He said the for is just a a4 paper. Is this how Pension Advisers. co.uk operate? This was done 20.10.2020 at 09.08

Dale called at the exact time he said he would very prompt i like that as im a sticular for time keeping.... very helpful very polite felt very personal as if i had known him a long time very proffessionl . Highly recomend him and this way of getting advice .
