I only have this one experience with Payless Medical, but it's a good one.

I was paying $9.00 a piece for catheter's and I found the exact same one, 1000% identical, for $5.00 a piece at Payless Medical.

Shopping was quick too.

I spoke with Chloe and said I need to know which pouches go with my flange and she actually told me that she's not a doctor and refused to get me any help. When I called back again she actually had the nerve to tell me that she had other calls waiting
I called back the next day and Natalia kept transferring me to the wrong person. What kind of company employs people who have absolutely no clue about the products.
I'm totally disgusted as they sell medical products and have no clue what they're doing. I finally spoke with Sue in new brunswick and she got me the correct product, but they're defective and I'm on my 4th puch in a week. I'll go back to my previous company. They should be shut down

There phone number does not work I think there out of business

What happened to Payless Medical? I've used their service in the past and they were quite good but over the last year or so the quality of the service has deteriorated badly. They are impossible to deal with. Have they changed ownership? They refuse to answer their phone and do not return e-mails either. Very poor service.

Placed an order on December 30, 2024. Usually it is delivered with in a day or two. It is January 8,2025 and I still don’t have my order which is urgently needed. My email has gone unanswered and when you phone you get the never ending worse than elevator music.
I have ordered from another company and will be saying goodbye to Payless Medical after spending over $2,000 in a year. Do better!

I ordered supplies more than $ 250/-, i received email of order confirmation on Dec 24, '24. in that email it was mentioned that when your order will be redy, they will send notification.
I needed this supply by the next day ot two.
I sent few emails to them for progress, there wasn't any answer. Called them more than 11 times between Dec, 24, 24 to Jan 07,'25 just music was going on for more than one and half hour, but no response.

Terrible service. They sent 2 wrong items with our order and refused to replace them with the correct items. She wanted pictures even though I sent the order number items and then said she'd have to check with supervisor to replace missing items that were really inexpensive

Puralator delivers our shipments.They are a bunch of clowns.will run into our lobby,buzz our condo,run back into the truck and leave without delivery (can see them drive away) they have instructions on their delivery tag,which they ignore.....at the end of my rope with this...have discussed it with payless who seem to be either unable or unwilling to correct this Avoid the hassles

I ordered 2 things,20 feeding bag for enteral feeds arrived but with only 3 port attachments. Apparently PORT Attachments backordered. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered from this company.
2nd item -20 Flip-flo valves, not received.
I’ve written this company, asking for an eta and no response. The transactions have been processed to my credit card June 10/23.

Beware if you purchase from this company.

Just a piece of advice when shopping online. Any e-commerce company that isn't glaringly obvious on their homepage with information on who they are and where they are located should be used with extreme caution.
This company displays no links to share either of those important pieces of information. You should ALWAYS know exactly who you are spending your money with before proceeding with a purchase.

For the most part PM are fairly good at dealing with my transactions. They would have achieved a 4 star rating if they dealt with my return of items in a more vigorous manner - last time it took three weeks to process my refund after goods were returned to them..!?

Ordered my medical supplies at 4:00 pm and received them the next day at 1:00PM.
