I’ve not used this company before and was pleased to be able to locate an item that I’d been having difficulty finding of late. The order arrived within a week, which was reasonable to me, it was well packaged and all items were correct. The item was close to the price I typically would pay at my local store, so I would consider purchasing from this vendor again.

GOOD ==BUT THE WAIT WAS LONG. 5/6 WEEKS.

I am very disappointed with my purchase and the quality of the product. The part is for a mobility walker to aid people in walking. the unit is collapsible and adjustable. one of adjustment threaded knobs was missing. I found your site that showed that you sold these knobs as a set of two and I placed an order. The prices was what I thought to be a set of 2 for $22.95. When the package arrived, there was no damage to the outside of the box, but inside the box I found only 1 knob and a packing slip that staed only 1 was ordered and sent. The problem did not stop there. The knob that was protected well inside the shipping container was unusable in its present state. The threaded area of the knob not examined prior to shipping or someone would have seen that the threads were a best stripped , messed up and unusable.
I have been a mechanic all of my life, and found the correct tools to be able to put the knob back into a somewhat of a operable condition. Maybe I'm typical male by not reading the description of what I was receiving, but it looked like what I believed I was receiving were 2 shown in the picture.
it was truly a double disappointment.

I thought I had ordered style 1440 one but in advertently ordered a different style that looks exactly like 1440 one and they were so kind and immediately sent me else dial 1440 one did not re-charge me and let me keep the masks that were in advertently ordered. Excellent customer service.
