Excellent company so far - quick response via messenger so very accessible. Loads of good reviews also on Facebook page so this gave me confidence to order as well. Price was excellent. Lovely hot tub (spritz 6) delivered by Marcel & John who are two great guys. Very helpful and friendly. They explained all about the hot tub to me clearly and let me video everything they were saying so I recall the info later. We have been in the hot tub every day since and we love it. It’s easy to use. Great service from start to finish - fully recommend this company. Thank you

First class service from first phone call to delivery, placing on site and explanations of how to set up and proceed. Two staff members exceptional in ability, communication skills and efficient carrying out of all tasks. Billy and John, thanks, you are superstars.

We’ve had our Spritz hot tub for 2 weeks now, from our first phone call we have been really pleased with the service provided.
We were given good advice & wasn’t pushed to buy a more expensive model or sold any extra’s but just given honest advice.
We booked a delivery date a few weeks in advance as we wanted to get the base sorted etc..
we were called with an hours notice before they arrived, the hot tub was slid into position & set up for us. Set up took around 2hours.
The hot tub took around 20hours to heat up so was ready the next day.
Running costs... as I know this is important to many. We have a smart meter and I check regularly on our usage, it cost around £10 for the initial heat up which we expected and now it’s averaging on £1.70 per day to run, we are still in cold months so I assume this will decrease when the weather is a little warmer. (This obviously depends on your tariff too)
If we have had any questions they have been quick to get back to us and answer any questions no matter how silly they may be.

We had the cover lifter fitted too, definitely worth it as it makes it a lot easier to open up and saves your lid getting damaged.

We had our hot tub installed today by Reece & John, they were here at 9am and done in about 2 hours, they talked us through the best positioning, and gave us really clear information about the tub, chemicals etc. Ordered only 5 days ago and got great advice on the phone about which tub was best suited to our needs.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a hot tub, they have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish

Had new tub delivered yesterday. What a fantastic company and was very impresssed with Billy and Jake who came to deliver and install it

Palm Spas arrived at 9.30am as discussed on the phone. They did everything possible to make the delivery a good experience. The tub fit through our house but was not fitting through the front door as hubby measured incorrectly but Marcel suggested removing the door which we did and afterwards put it back on. Marcel expertly wired the tub in and John made the steps to the tub. They were friendly and appeared to know their job. The tub was then running and while it was on Marcel showed us how to mix the chemicals and do our PH testing. He explained all we needed to know and asked us if we had any questions before he went. Marcel offered for us to call him if we needed any further info or help. The tub got to its temperature set at 9pm and so we used it. It is gorgeous. Thank you Palm Spas and especially Marcel and John.

Had 2 of the guys Marcel and Reece hear yesterday installing our new hot tub.
2 really nice young men who were very good at what they were doing and even cleaned up everything before they left.
When we phoned this company to ask about their hot tubs we were talking you a young chap called Luke who also couldn’t do enough for us very polite and knowledgeable.
Hot tub arrived on time and everything was explained in great detail.
Trying it out tonight but so far very impressed with this company and the guys who helped us to choose and the installation of our hot tub.

Just got our new hot tub delivered and installed today by Billy & Marcell. They were faced with a few problems through no fault of there own but have worked tirelessly all day to make sure it was up and running been here since 8 this morning and just left and it’s 9pm thanks guys hot tub is amazing can’t thank them enough. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service from Palm Spas. Excellent customer service from the off - I dealt with Luke, very knowledgable chap, answered all of my quieries / questions and even requested a short video and images of the tight access route. The access route only had millimetres to play with and two small walls to contend with however, the guys turned up and made it look like a doddle. They were also very careful with the tub and our neighbours property. Once in place the team hooked up the spa and even extended the cable (somthing you need to consider with plug and play - the correct orientation). Brilliant team, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the off. Very good customer service throughout. The tub is exactly what we was looking for, quality product. Plan Spas delivered with a super quick turnaround (next day) to meet our tight schedule - Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys delivered a 1st class service. Polite, helpful and explained in detail about my new tub. I was that impressed with Billy & Marcel I even offered them breakfast (Crumpets)
I would highly recommend this company as communication was also second to none not to mention the hot tub was far bigger that I thought ( Colada )

We have been thinking about getting a hot tub for years, and finally decided to go for it. I found Palm Spas while searching on the internet. We live on a boat so space is limited, and from all the info, it seemed that had the perfect option. From calling them mid jan to deliver today, they have been amazing. Jamie provided perfect information and timelines, plus excellent advice. Today the 2 guys who delivered our “Happy” tub have been outstanding. Arron and Reece arrived as they agreed and off loaded our tub on shore. We couldn’t immediately get the tub to our boat (needed a barge!) but Arron and Reece suggested that they make their other delivery and then they will see if they come back. It turns out that they went 2 hrs from us, and basically 1.5hrs from their home, but decided to come back to us to do the installation. It has extended their working day by over 4 hours, and they have been brilliant. The best customer service I have experienced. Anyone looking for a tub would be best coming to Palm Spa’s!

We got recommended Palm Spas by a friend and they have been excellent. I ordered the hot tub on Monday and it was delivered and installed by Friday. Really reasonable price and the delivery guys were very helpful. We would definitely recommend and are very happy with our hot tub.

We recently bought a Cosmo hot tub. Friendly and efficient service from our phone enquiry to installation by Aaron and Rhys. They did a great job with installation and explaining how everything worked. Highly recommended.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The installer guy told me to f*** off and refused to put our gate back on which understandably has really upset me! They couldn’t get the hot tub into our garden even though I’d measured the available access beforehand of 900m and the tub was 840m- when I ordered I said it might be tight but was never once asked for photos or videos for them to check if it would fit. In my opinion they did not do any due diligence before delivery. They refused to give back our £400 deposit so I kept the cover lift which I believed I was entitled to if they wouldn’t refund my deposit but they threatened me on 3 occasions of theft and calling the police if I didn’t hand it back!!! The very unpleasant boss guy Jamie was going to dock the wages of the installers if I didn’t give the box back so they sat outside my house- very intimidating. I did give the box back and as soon as they had it they told me to f*** off and drove off! I would strongly advise anybody thinking of using this company to think very carefully before doing so BEWARE they’re happy to take your money but when things go wrong they are not very pleasant people at all! I hope this review will help stop them treating others the way they have treated us. I’m very upset and shaken up by the whole experience.

This next part of my review is in response to Palm Spas reply after my initial review:

I am astounded at these comments! I absolutely refute that any verbal and physical abuse towards your delivery team was used by us! How any credible company could write such unsubstantiated comments such as these on a public domain is beyond me- there were workmen here who witnessed the whole encounter who would confirm that this absolutely did not happen.
In response to the measurements you quote, again you are incorrect. We have had another hot tub supplier come and inspect the available access in person to deliver the same same size tub and they confirmed that they could get the tub into our garden and are delivering it to us next week-they could not understand where you got 84cms from!
Also your delivery team turned up without the correct equipment to move the hot tub- your web site clearly stated (I notice that the pictures of this have now been removed from your site, presumably after you read my response!!) that a ‘spa dolly’ would be used- your guys turned up with a piece of rubber with 2 straps which was the reason they could not get the tub into the garden as they could not guide it properly. The other hot tub company said that the proper trolley should be used with a tight access such as ours.
You simply would not accept that you and your delivery team were responsible for the non delivery of the hot tub. You have written totally untrue comments accusing us of verbal and physical abuse which you cannot substantiate but which we can prove absolutely did not happen and you did not use the equipment you clearly state on your website......anybody thinking of using this company, you make your own mind up. This whole experience has been horrible and we are still £400 out of pocket.

We had our hot tub delivered last week. From placing our order to delivery and set up was only 1 week.
Aaron and Rhys did a great job. The weather was very windy and freezing cold but they just got on with the job.
Aaron explained how to use the tub and how to look after it.
We are enjoying the tub even though the freezing weather last week.
