I have had my hot tub delivered today by Dan & Rich top lads were very helpful, polite and went the extra mile for me to get my tub in position they were really good at explaining the workings of the hot tub I had purchased I would recommend these two to anyone and would also like to say thanks to palm spas they were helpful on the phone and delivered the hot tub when they said the product it’s spot on and everything I wanted thanks Gareth I will definitely be recommending palm spas. Happy Customer.

From start to finish the experience was professional and courteous. I had a small window of opportunity to get a hot tub bought and delivered whilst my neighbours’ garage had been demolished (otherwise I would have needed crane hire to get the tub in place).
Everyone I spoke with were honest and delivered on their promises. The tub was delivered by Rich and Dan who were both amazing! They kept me updated on delivery times and their route and once delivered, they took the time to go through everything I needed to know about owning a hot tub and even had time to talk to my kids who were buzzing around with excitement.
Still not used it yet - delays with the wet weather and getting the concrete base and pergola finished - so unable to comment on the product itself but the service and experience with Palm Spas was faultless!!!

Wow, what a great company palm spas is! From start to finish this company has remained professional throughout our hot tub journey.

In this day n age, it’s hard to find the legit companies through the scammers. We did lots of research, looked at the many reviews and contacted palm spa’s who put us at ease. It took only 10 days to deliver which was better for us than any other company we tried.

Upon arrival Marcel & Billy was thorough, straight to the point and just genuine guys that knew their stuff.

The hot tub itself is just beautiful,
It brings a modern but elegant touch to the stables & farm yard.

I will definitely be recommending palm spa’s to all my friends & family.

The entire process of purchasing our first hot tub ran smoothly. We were given an estimated delivery date within 6 weeks and it arrived exactly when we were told. The delivery men, Dan and rich kept me fully informed when they were on the way, they set the hot tub up and were so helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt so at ease as being a first time hot tubber was daunting but they reassured me and encouraged me contact them as often as I needed. The whole experience ran smoothly! I would definitely purchase from them again

Billy and Jordan delivered our hot tub through a field with horses in and over a fence. No fuss, great service and taught us exactly what to do to keep the tub in great order. So happy with the tub and totally recommend Palm Spas.

I cannot thank and praise this company enough. All communication was excellent, helpful, friendly and professional. The hot tub arrived literally the day after we ordered and the delivery guys were really polite and helpful. Even when I had a question out of hours, a answer via messenger came back. I have been hunting around for the correct replacement for the cushions on my hot tub. I was really thinking that I wouldn’t be able to find any. I eventually stumbled across Palm Spas. They couldn’t do enough to help. They managed to find the exact type I needed at a very reasonable price and extremely sufficient service. Definitely be using this company again I can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. Rich and Dan made the job look so easy. Total legends. Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Not your average job either when you have to factor in a boggy field, cows and a tractor ride combined with typical Cumbrian summer weather! Highly recommended.

Great service provided by Palm Spas! Couldn’t speak highly enough them as a company! Kept us up to date with delivery info at all times! Marcel and Billy were two top lads when bringing the hot tub in and running through all the setup. Polite, respectful and easy to talk to the pair were! Sorry Oxfordshire sandwiches are a touch more expensive than Chesterfields 😉!

My 3 seater dual lounger spa is fantastic, the best bit of kit I have purchased in years. We are using it daily outdoors and I feel twenty years younger!!! Really appreciated the quick delivery too Jamie. 10/10

Great service from start to finish, the installers had a really bad install that delayed them coming, but they still came at 9pm from the other side of the country... Had it installed and running by 10pm! They are top lads.

A difficult day for the installers today but regardless of everything thrown at them they managed to install in spite of every obstacle, of which there were many! They were NOT prepared to just leave without trying absolutely everything!
Dan and Junior you are superstars and an absolute asset to the company!
