Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE product
Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE product. I ordered a paintly paint by numbers for my fiancé as an anniversary gift and was extremely disappointed and upset with my product. Not only did it take 2 months to deliver to me, the color schematic that was assigned for my picture was awfully wrong. The greys and blacks were all assigned as green… which you can imagine is a horrible issue for a grey suit. I wasted hours hoping it would come together nicely but it was an awful product to begin with. I wasted my money on the painting and the extremely cheap frame they offer with the product. Don’t bother yourself with this, get something else like an artpix crystal or make a scrap book

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered two sets and only received one after waiting for over a month. I had no idea they were going to be shipped from China or I wouldn’t have ordered them. I’ve put in multiple requests with customer service for help and they haven’t answered a single one. I would not buy from this company, period.

After a three-week wait and it appears the product came from China it did arrive and it was as website seller describes.
Shipping is slow but transaction and products are satisfactory.
