They do not reply to contact, even via the private email. They don’t reply to Facebook messages. They don’t reply to Facebook posts.
Got no tracking number from the outset.
Items were not delivered.
Absolute scam.

Don't waste your time and money. I tried a painting I was excited to do only to find that the paint pots had numbers that didn't match the legend they give you, so all the colors would be wrong in the painting. Made in chiba so takes forever to get and then no customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered the 36 color paint kit last year before Christmas as a gift. It was discovered during unpacking that one of the paint colors shipped did not match the instructions and intended colors. I contacted customer service and had to go back and forth with them and send pics 5-6 times, a real pain. They said they would send a replacement paint, but never followed through. Very disappointing experience.

Once I received my tracking details I was nervous about using the shop app as it asks permission to read your emails if you sign up. I emailed the company asking for an update on shipping as I didn’t want to agree to those terms. I was suspicious. Seemed like a big red flag. Only then did I read all the reviews here and I didn’t expect to hear anything more. A few days later however I did get a response that my order was on its way. A few more days and my package actually did arrive…in total from order to delivery was about 3 weeks. The packaging was damaged but goods inside were still intact. What I ordered was supposed to include a free easel which was missing from the delivery, but I’m grateful that the only thing missing was free anyway. My order shipped from Hong Kong and instructions are in English unlike the experience of some others here. I probably should be annoyed that the free thing didn’t arrive but after reading the other reviews and thinking I’d been scammed I’m actually happy I received the designs and paints.

I ordered three canvases... two of one size and a third of a larger size. When I went to upload photos as per their instructions, there was no way to attribute the particular photos to the desired canvases. I reached out to their support team and expressed my concerns. I was told they'd reach out to their production team and get back to me. I never received another message from them despite five follow-up emails. I followed the tracking info (sent from China) very closely and my items were successfully delivered after about two weeks from order date and were, thankfully, correct. However, to have no way to confirm that my order was correct left me digging into their return policy and it reads VERY sketchy. Check it out for yourself, but it reads that if your order is unsatisfactory, their suggestion is to buy the product(s) again and ship back the unsatisfactory items where, upon receipt, they will make a determination as to whether to refund your money or not. All of this gave me significant amounts of consternation about being able to resolve any potential issues... consternation that could be simply and easily resolved with a better user interface for uploading pictures AND RESPONDING TO SUPPORT EMAILS!!! I got lucky, but will not do business with this company again.

Came within 3-4 weeks. Paint by numbers of my dog, had it stored never got to it but will get started now.

The shipping is definitely odd. However after 2ish weeks I received my two paintings and they are lovely! I can’t wait to finish and order some more.

I ordered four orders, 2 custom puzzles and 2 paint by numbers in November 2022. About two weeks after my order I started receiving emails from Paintly asking me if I received my order, then received an email saying there had been a system error and my tracking numbers provided might be incorrect and to keep checking. I looked and monitored the shipping numbers provided via the shipping tracker and it said they were in Austrailia, or China, then my orders were stuck in Newark, NJ for 2 ½ weeks. I emailed Paintly’s customer service 7 times and received one response providing the same tracking numbers and they told me to keep checking. My orders did not make it in time for Christmas. I emailed them again an additonal 3 times with no response.
My orders arrived in the first week and half of January. And today, January 24th, I finally received my first response to my 10 emails, it said, your order was delivered two weeks ago, if you have an issue then contact USPS and and ask them where my order might be. Yes, I know it was delivered, thanks for the awful customer service. Like the other post, there is ZERO human touch or apologies for not answering me or for shipping my item around the world for no reason. It took almost two months for my order to arrive, so do not believe the shipping dates they posted.

Please do not waste your time or your money on this company.

What an awful experience. I ordered a paint by numbers as a Christmas present a month before Christmas. Started getting emails from Paintly asking me if I received my order about 10 days later. Looked at the shipping tracker and it said it was in Australia. Couple of days later China. Then Newark,NJ which felt like progress even if it was a few days late because of the busy season, more than understandable. But then they flew my item back to China. So I filled out their customer service form because I was super confused. The form says they will respond in 1-3 business days. This was December 27th, already after Christmas and about a month since ordering. No response comes. Fast forward to January 5th, I finally receive my package (hence the two stars since I did actually get the item). Today on January 19th, I finally get a message from them telling me how happy they are to report my item was delivered three weeks ago and that if I don't have it, I should take it up with the USPS. No human touch or apology for not answering me or for shipping my item around the world for no reason. So when they say 5-8 business days they mean 5-8 weeks for shipping and when they say 1-3 business days for responses, they again mean weeks. Don't let their TikTok ads fool you, do not waste your time or money with these clowns.

Just like everyone else's review. Ordered back in November it's now January still have received nothing. Tried to contact them and get no response. Have been given 3 different tracking numbers none of which work. Do not order from them. Going to try to dispute the charge with my credit card.

Total time from order to delivered:19 days. Order shipped from China. Understand that the China post has its own tracking number, and when it comes to the USA, or another country, it needs to transfer to another tracking number that will not update your current one. When it arrived in the states, it was switched over to USPS, and then took maybe a couple business days to process and provide a new tracking number. The canvas is a very nice material and it looks of quality. I haven't opened up the paints to check but I'm sure a little bit of water will revive them. I was skeptical after reading the other reviews about scams, etc. But I just trusted to process. This was supposed to be a gift for my gf for Christmas and though we are in January now, it was worth the wait because it's something she or we can do. I'm happy they didn't put the eyes into great detail because I don't know about you guys, but I doubt that it would come out looking good.

Packaging: it was over packaged. No paint spillage, no canvas crimping, nothing. For an item that travelled more than I have in my life time, this is impressive.

Overall, if you don't mind the wait. It'll show up. I have ordered many things from China, and it's a similar process. It definitely is discouraging not knowing if you wasted money or if it's going to show, but just trust the process.

Updated: after a couple hours of painting and enjoying this, I wanted to provide an update. I bought the realistic version, with 48 colors. Although it provided a lot of shades of paint, it's definitely realistic. However, the photo you send is rendered through a computer. That being said, some lines may be incomplete or just don't make sense. The reason is because the program they use may not be able to differentiate between a dark piece of clothing, and a dark background. So my suggestion is to choose a photo that contrasts outlines well, maybe choose detailed instead of realistic, or even just get whatever you want. There is a little bit of artistic license here, you shouldnt trust the contouring 100%. Use your imagination and logic to determine how you will complete your painting, instead of following every number exactly. And also remember to take a step back and enjoy what you are working on. Honestly, I would buy this again even with it's imperfections.

Welp I guess I was scammed out of my money like everyone else. My story is just like everyone else story. Ordered 1st week of December and still haven't got my package. Tracking number is BS and no on every responds. Then they had the nerve to send a email to ask if I received my package. I'm disputing the charges with my bank I'm getting my money back from this scamming ass company. They need to be reported on IG for their false advertisement.

There needs to be a negative stars option for companies like this. True con artists! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will take your money and never ship you anything. I ordered back on Dec. 3rd. My order has yet to arrive now almost a month later. The so called “tracking” number I received shows that my order is on a grand world tour. First an error message, then NJ, now china. Where to tomorrow, maybe London?! I will

This company is a total SCAM. Do not order from this company. I ordered from them on November 24th for a Christmas gift. I have emailed them 6 times asking them why my tracking information has not moved. All I have gotten from them is an automated response. I have asked for a refund because it has not arrived and it is now December 29th. I was dumb enough to even pay the extra $5.00 to be put in the front of the line. Haha, what a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

SCAM ALERT!!! I ordered more than a month ago and much like the other reviewers have not received my order. I cannot get a response from the company either, which is based in China. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered in November for Christmas. The paint-by-numbers never came. They do not respond to emails. If you have the same experience REPORT THEM TO SHOPIFY. If enough of us do it, maybe they will get shut down. I have contested the charges with the credit card.

Diqusting drop-shipping scam. Tell you the shipping will take one week but ends up taking 2 months cause it's shipped from China. You can find their paint by number on AliExpress for 3 times cheaper and will probably arrive faster.

Ordered my Christmas gift of a paint by numbers of our family dog that passed away for my sister and ordered that two months ago. Never came. I’ve emailed OVER 12 Times and never received a response. Tried contacting them on their Facebook and they BLOCKED ME. This business effing blocked me on Facebook. Complete scam.
