If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are crooks. They will gladly take your money and ship nothing. It said my package was in NJ and now it’s in China. When they could have shipped it from NJ to MI. What a joke.

Never received order. No customer service number only email. Which they never answer. They do however send you emails to buy more products.

Like everyone else stated, this company has serious problems fulfilling there orders and communicating. Avoid like the plague

Placed an order on Dec 2. Links to tracking numbers are not accurate they do not show the status or location. Customer service email is generic. I would not recommend this company. Hopefully I receive the product and can provide a review of the product.

I received the product on Jan. 5, over a month after I ordered. I am happy with the product just disappointed with the delivery time/details and lack of customer support.

Ordered Dec 5th for xmas. First tracking # referenced Austalia. I emailed Paintly for an update and received a tracking # referencing Linden, NJ. Newest tracking # references China.

Giving two stars in Hope's of receiving my order by the end of January.

DO NOT ORDER! I placed an order a week before Thanksgiving. My package has not moved since November 30, says it left a partner shipping facility and USPS is yet to receive the package, it’s Dec 23. Any time I try to correspond they just say it will be here in a few days. I will most definitely be asking for a refund.

Do not buy from this company! They ship from China! I ordered Nov 25th for Christmas, and it is now Dec 22nd and the last movement on the fake tracking number is Nov 30th. I think I got burned on this and will be out the money as I have no confidence, I will ever receive anything. I have sent two emails with no response. I guess shame on me for not trying to find reviews for them.

Do not buy from here. I bought my picture in November and have been sent a tracking number that doesnt work. They email you back with a generic email saying the tracking will be updated with no other response. if you email again they wont respond. This was suppose to be a xmas gift but wont be now. They wont give me a refund either for they wont respond to anything i write them. The company is a huge scam, so be warned.

Been over a month and have not received my order. Won't respond to emails, their address is fake, and their website is essentially just a front.

Do not buy from here!! They are scammers and my items never came.

typical chinese business, they give you a fake tracking number and weeks go by and you hear nothing about it. item won't make it in time, refund is going to cost more than throwing the product in the trash.
i lost $43 for not reading the reviews before buying from them. hopefully you will save yours.

Do not order from here. They wouldn’t let me cancel my order when I canceled only a few hours after making the order because it was “processing.” Ok that’s fine. BUT then I wait 3 weeks and still don’t have my order. I thought it was processing? It shouldn’t take this long and I’m starting to feel it’s a scam as well.

Place my order 3 weeks ago. We are now approaching Christmas and the tracking information they gave me keep saying "number not found". In my attempt to contact someone all I get is a generic message.
I would definitely not recommend this company. At this point I just feel like I have been scammed out of my money.

first, please know that this product comes from overseas. Do not ask for a timeframe because they won't give you one. The website says they'll get back to you in 24 hours, when I wrote an email they wrote 3 to 4 business days. They sent me tracking, but a week later, tracking shows it's still in an unknown location. At this point, I have no confidence that I will receive it, much less get it in good condition. I did emphasize to them I had a time frame, I was told you should have it in a few days.

The paint was dry and clumpy. Contacted customer service and they said they are processing it. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything else from them. I’ve emailed them multiple times.

The colors of the paint don't match the colors in my actual picture!! I was wearing blue jeans, a green shirt, and had a black and white purse in real life.... The paint I got for it has me wearing a blue shirt, black jeans, and a blue and white purse! Not to mention my boyfriends BLUE/RED shirt is now PURPLE/BLACK in the painting!

Ordered a pic for my husband of myself for an anniversary gift.....the colors are wrong....the outfit I was wearing had a lot of red in it but no red paint was provided....when he finished the painting he sent me a picture and I look demonic in it.

I placed a order for a friend to give as a gift, after 3 1/2 weeks I received a email saying the picture was not there and I requested a rush and was not accompanied, instead of putting in a rush order since I waited a month they decided to cancel the order and will make me wait another 10 days to get my refund. I will not order from them again.

Their website clearly says if you received a bad paint swatch, send a photo and they will replace it. I sent my photo proof that one paint was unusable and they simply would not send me a replacement for their damaged product. Instead, told me to use a similar color from my pallet. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if the only other similar color was not already empty as is had been for the largest section of the painting.
