SCAM - do not buy

I have sent a number of emails in regards to the postage of my order with no response. Emails also bounce back
Saying the email address is incorrect even though it’s from their site.
I would like to know where my order is and when it will be delivered. I will be reporting their abn and contacting the office of fair trade as well. I have raised an investigation for fraudulent activity with my back

SCAM company

Ordered in beginning of April, here we are June tomorrow and I still haven’t received, so have cancelled and are now not getting a response for my refund.

Ordered start of March communication…

Ordered start of March communication was good at the start after purchasing I read reviews and got nervous I was told there was a production delay which is fine I waited didn’t hear anything so I messaged again and was told it will be sent in the next week or so so waited again then nothing so I have emailed and no response now. I have spent over $100 and was really looking forward to paint this one 😢 I haven’t received anything

Dont waste you time or money

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Purchaced an order early march. Never got a verification email. I contacted them early April and was told "Due to unforeseen production issues and downtime in our facilities, we have experienced unexpected delays in fulfilling orders, we anticipate that your order will be shipped out by next week". That was 3 weeks ago. And still nothing, not even a verification email. Don't waste your time with this company. Its disappointing as there was such a huge range of great looking products. Sadly, its not worth it.

The wait time on this order is unreal It has been 6 weeks !! I still have not received the order that was supposed to be shipped in less than a week and of course the payment was deducted from my account the next day The company does not respond to emails and the tracking system is a joke Byers beware to say the least

Long Shipping times and Wrong Color palette

Ordered on 1/24, shipment did not arrive until 2/10. I'm almost through the painting and I feel like this company did a very poor job of color matching to the photo I provided. The colors of me and my partners shirts are so close to skin color/background colors and some of the highlights on the shirts do not match whatsoever. It doesn't seem like they color matched correctly, however I am still going to finish and gift this to my partner for Valentines day. I just will not be purchasing from this company again due to the shipping inconvenience and the overall experience with the colors being slightly off.

Thank you for providing your information so I can look into the order and help you with your concern.

My apologies if you're not satisfied with the product you received. The colors included in the kit will always depend on the quality of the photo you provided. For example, the lighting or if the photo is too bright, or too dark.

I would suggest sending us a photo at support@paintlyshop.com of what you've worked on so far on the painting and trying to pinpoint to us which colors you feel are not matched so we can forward it to our creative team to assess.

Please know that we want to make this right for you. That being said, due to the inconvenience, you can send us a new photo with good quality, and I'll have another kit processed and shipped out for you as a gift.

As below, if I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I’d looked on here before ordering as it looks like this website is a total robbing SCAM!! Never received a confirmation email but my money was taken, used the tracking on shop which first said it has been delivered 2 hours ago then said paintly haven’t even given it to the delivery company. I have tried contacting paintly via the website, instagram DMs, story replies, multiple post comments, fb messenger and NOTHING! I’ve even tried the email address provided to the reviewers below and it was rejected ‘as it believed my email to be spam’ DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Same misfortune as everyone else...

Same misfortune as everyone else with Paintly products.... has been over a week and still no updates in shipping or ETA of both purchases of the Paintly paint by number framed canvas and the tracking service for Paintly.com is in a foreign language I am unable to read. Have emailed several times to Paintly.com with a contact name of "Olivia" in the address with no response, even had one come back as undeliverable from their website at Paintly.com

Absolutely no communication. I canceled this order 5 times and it was still sent to me. I’m still waiting to get a response from this company but probably won’t because they suck at responding. Don’t bother buying here.

Delivery Very Slow - Might be Scam

I ordered a few kits for my niece and nephew for Christmas because the website said the kits would “Deliver by 12/25”. I contacted customer service on 12/30 and they said they had not shipped because they get busy around the holidays. THEN WHY ADVERTISE DELIVERY BY XMAS?! It’s now about a month after ordering and the tracking info still says they are in China. Very upset that I wasted like $60 on this present when I could have ordered elsewhere. I should have looked at the TrustPilot reviews to start with. Reviews on Reddit say their paint comes dried out as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM PAINTLY.

I ordered a paint by numbers as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive by Christmas as it was suppose to. When it finally arrived I was not so please to find they shipped me a shirt instead of the paint by number that I definitely ordered.

I ordered item back in October of 23…

I ordered item back in October of 23 and got tracking number. Emailed after 2 weeks and says package was lost in transit after numerous emails of trying to find my package. C.S. says they will reship the order, this was end of December, still no tracking number has been given. No news on refund or anything yet……. Still waiting!!!!!

Please DO NOT think of ordering from the site, I ordered a Christmas present for my mother in mid November and it has not arrived. Although the delivery time quoted on the site is 16-18 days to the UK I did not expect it would not arrive at all. I contacted the seller and "Olivia" emailed back once to reassure it me she could help, I have not heard back since the first email.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an order back in April of 2023 and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service does not respond, private email does not respond, and their Facebook does not respond. I have yet to receive a refund. Garbage company that steals money.
