A poor service compare to the many alternatives
As anyone running an e-commerce site knows dealing with order tracking and associated customer support can be very time consuming when one has significant volume.
We have two businesses, one in the UK and one in the EU. We use Outvio for the EU side of things as the system we use in the UK does not have an EU solution.
The difference between these two systems is night and day - Outvio is significantly worse in every aspect.
The integration with woocommerce is not very good. Outvio does not work well with multiple woocommerce stores. Compared to other solutions the tracking data is not posted back to woocommerce. This increases the admin overheads in terms of time required in tracking orders.
In Amazon seller central the tracking ID posted to the order is not the actual tracking number. This is not very efficient for us nor our customers.
The email domain used by Outvio to send tracking details is flagged by Malwarebytes as a phishing domain.
Editing orders imported into Outvio has become worse with a recent update.
The customer services is atrocious.
We pay more than €400 a month for this service. I would not recommend it.

Outvio ha supuesto un antes y un después en nuestra logística. Hemos conseguido centralizar envíos, automatizar procesos y ofrecer una experiencia post-compra mucho más profesional. Ideal para marcas que quieren escalar sin perder control.

Para nosotros se hace imprescindible, porque no podemos perder tiempo en gestionar transportistas, etiquetas y seguimiento. Es muy configurable. Me gustaría una opción de acceso más económica, pero nos da muchas opciones de empresa premium.
No recomendable en absoluto
Antes de realizar el pago te llaman todos los dias una vez has pagado desaparecen y te dejan con un software sin puesta en marcha, que naturalemnte diecen que viene incluida. No recomendable

llevamos años utilizando outvio y va perfecto es muy buena e interactiva, por otro lado la comunicación es fluida, tambien tienen muchas opciones para los envios con los mejores precios del mercado

Hice una pregunta por email acerca de si trabajaban con IOSS y me dijeron que sí. Resultó no ser verdad lo cual me enteré después de pagar 125€. Ahora me han cobrado 101,75€ y 76,10€ a mi tarjeta. Podrán comprobar ustedes que no existe ningún servicio de esa compañía por ese importe.

I’ve already donated €125 to them — no matter what service they offer, even if it’s for free, I would never trust them again. On top of that, they dare to compare themselves to competitors like Nshift, Sendcloud or Webshipper — they’re not even close! My advice: stay away

Realizan cargos no autorizados sin previo aviso y sin proporcionar ninguna información. Existen herramientas mucho mejores en el mercado. Después de años de experiencia, recomiendo optar por otras opciones más económicas, con un servicio de atención al cliente transparente y fiable. No recomendable

Urgent: Immediate Reactivation of Our Outvio Account (Payment Confirmed)
Dear Outvio Support Team,
We have been experiencing persistent issues with accessing and utilizing our Outvio account. Despite our numerous attempts to create and maintain an active account, they have continually been deactivated.
Today, we processed a payment of €125 for the Grow plan using the email address. We completed all necessary configurations and integrations. However, the current account has also been deactivated, even after this payment was made.
This situation is unacceptable, especially given that we have already paid for the service. We urgently request the immediate reactivation of our account associated.
It is critical that this issue is resolved immediately as we have a warehouse and need to process our orders without further delay.

Hemos estado trabajando con ellos durante más de un año y finalmente decidimos terminar nuestra asociación con ellos. A lo largo de toda nuestra colaboración, NUNCA hemos recibido ningún apoyo por parte de su servicio al cliente. Los tickets se cierran sin resolver y se niegan a responder, ayudar o entender el problema. Utilizamos su opción de transporte y, cuando se perdió la mercancía, afirman que tomará meses reembolsar el dinero, diciendo que no es su problema. Si deseas tener un negocio exitoso, te recomiendo encarecidamente que no trabajes con OUTVIO, ya que no será beneficioso para ti. Solo recopilan dinero y crean problemas sin ningún tipo de respaldo. Respuesta al comentario de Outvio: Les remití tres correos a partir del 19 de diciembre y aún no he recibido respuesta. ¿Cómo pueden denominar eficiente a su servicio? Los tickets se cerraban sin una solución. Respecto a los servicios de transporte, aún no se ocupan de la logística y la aplicación solo sirve para la gestión de envíos. Ustedes ofrecen tarifas propias con Correos Express y tienen contrato con ellos; por lo tanto, es su responsabilidad proporcionarnos la información necesaria para resolver las incidencias, lo cual nunca ocurrió. Apreciaría que, con la misma celeridad con la que respondieron a mi reseña, resolvieran estas incidencias.

Outvio me ahorra horas de trabajo
Outvio me ahorra horas de trabajo. Mi plataforma está en Shopify y tiene una integración muy sencilla. El comercial me configuró la integración inicial y el soporte me ha ido resolviendo los pequeños problemas que he ido teniendo.
Se integra bien con las empresas de transporte que utilizo e informa a los clientes de los pasos que va dando el envío.
Solo tengo que seleccionar los pedidos y darle a preparar, Outvio genera el envío en el transportista correspondiente, avisa al cliente de cada paso que da el envío y me deja en shopify el pedido preparado. Muy contenta con la App.

I cannot begin to express how infuriated and utterly disappointed I am with the abysmal level of service I have received from OUTVIO. Dealing with this mind-numbing issue for several months now without any resolution is beyond comprehension. It is absolutely outrageous and entirely unacceptable.
Since April, my account has been rendered utterly useless, as it remains BLOCKED, preventing me from issuing any shipments. Yet, somehow, like a cruel joke, I am still receiving receipts, taunting me with evidence of the services I cannot access. This level of ineptitude and negligence is mind-boggling and frankly, insulting.
I have reached out to their so-called "customer support" countless times, only to be met with the deafening sound of silence. It's as if my complaints vanish into the void, never to be acknowledged or addressed. Are they hoping that I'll eventually give up, crawl into a corner, and accept my fate of being ignored and mistreated?
If this review seems harsh, it is only a reflection of the sheer frustration and anger that has been building up inside me throughout this agonizing ordeal. No customer should have to endure such a level of neglect and disregard for their legitimate concerns.
I implore anyone reading this to steer clear of OUTVIO and avoid subjecting themselves to the same infuriating and fruitless experience I have endured. They have shown an astonishing lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for their customers, making them unworthy of anyone's time, trust, and hard-earned money.

Outvio has saves us many hours every month by simplifying shipping the orders and saves our customers money. Integration into ecommerce platform makes it almost completely automated process and finding cheapest rate for shipping literally takes seconds instead of 10s of minutes for every shipment worldwide.
