Wow! What a difference your itch and allergy Hemp oil did for our little pooch Terry. Tried many brands over the past 9 months to no avail. Some cheaper some much more expensive and this for us has certainly ticked all the boxes. Thanks guys you have made ours ( and Terry's) life great again!

I've used many different premium dog toothpaste brands in the past, but none seemed to effectively remove plaque. A well-respected dog trainer and nutritionist recommended Our Pets Life to me, sharing their own positive experiences and highlighting the success stories of others in their Facebook group.

I contacted OPL via email and was impressed by their prompt and knowledgeable response. They addressed all my questions thoroughly without any pressure to purchase, which I truly appreciated. I subsequently placed an order for their dental solution kit and was amazed by how quickly it arrived.

It's a shame when companies false advertise a product and send you a different item to the one you ordered.
Their response was that's how it comes now.

This company are selling human chocolate buttons and branding them as suitable for dogs. I found the exact same plain monster chocolates with 100’s and thousands for sell in a bulk candy website for people! The ingredients are exactly the same and contain sugar and cocoa powder!! Have emailed and had no response. This would make me question the suitability of every other product on their site!

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. Ordered 15th December and still not arrived on 21st December. Dont seem to respond to DMs or Emails. Never again.

Bought 2 items paid for next day delivery, then they don't do next day delivery's on a weekend so why offer the service, anyway still no sign can't be asked to chase it up for £30 quid gonna chalk it up to experience, just avoid. Ps I ordered on the 1st I went away on the 6th of December ask my neighbour no sign of it.

Probiopets supper pobiotic brain health. 1st time ordering.
Order arrived with no seal on tub, so opening straight to powder. Label wasn't straight.
Packaging implies it's a 2.5ml scoop and to use half for small dog three quarters for large dog. The actual scoop is double ended so one end is 2.5 the other is 5.
Why are there two option?
Tub is 100g. Online states 200 doses cannot see how would get that many doses.
Send email for clarification day item arrived regarding scoops and also to check if was a genuine product as there was no security seal. To date heard nothing other than an email asking me to review product, hence only one star. If they can't be bothered to reply to confirm which scoop end is supposed to be used or explain why no security seal won't be using product or ordering again. Product

Never received the first order for the dog eye drops, was told they’d send another parcel but neither of these have arrived - questionable service

What a shame, I was hoping this would really help with the dreaded fireworks.
But alas not, it did however give both dogs, loose and smelly stools.

ive got a french bulldog and as many people know they’re prone to ear infections because of their big ears. I ordered the ear infection drops as she’s got one again and we’ve spent way too much money at the vets already so we were hoping this would save us some money and make my little girl feel better. I ordered them 3 days ago payed for next day delivery and i’ve still not received them. It says my parcels not even been shipped yet!!!

I have not received what I ordered - have tried to get help to find out what happened but no response. Also am being spammed by emails asking me to rate my experience.

Should have read the reviews first. Order didn’t come, sent lots of emails not had one reply and took the money!! Looks like they do this to a lot of people

Ordered a product nearly 2 weeks ago and was told 3-5 working days for delivery. Product still hasn’t arrived yet and I’m receiving emails from OurPetsLife asking to review the product. Have contacted them to find out where my purchase is but haven’t heard anything!

Should of read the reviews, no product, no support, no refund. Should of just got some of Amazon, try and support company instead of giving to Amazon..

Ordered something from them with next day delivery which finally turned up 5 days later. In that time, I'd gone out and found a similar product somewhere else as I needed it quickly. In order to be eligible for refund I had to ship the item back to them and they conveniently left the postage I had to pay to return to them off of the refund. Now they wont respond to my emails requesting the full refund amount.

Really great company, ordered a few bits and come super quick and amazing products. Can not recommend enough!!!

Too early to tell if the hemp oil is working but not impressed with the packaging.

The pump broke and is no longer sealed so I've had leakage and the label text is so small it's almost impossible to read, even with my glasses on!
