Dreadful my parcel was not delivered
Dreadful my parcel was not delivered. I emailed and they said it WAS delivered!! Three emails and the same reply you have received your parcel. So I asked for my email to be forwarded to the “big boss” I am 82 yrs old and bird seed is not cheap. They kept arguing with me which was awful. However an apologetic email arrived saying something was wrong with their office equipment. So I eventually got my full payment back but no seed!!! After all the carry on and the rudness I expected a free parcel 📦 of bird seed. So I emailed and told them what I thought of them and a parcel arrived a couple of days later. It was so so stressful I did NOT receive the bird seed I paid for.

We understand from your review that there was confusion regarding the status of your order, followed by further communication that did not meet your expectations. We appreciate how disappointing and upsetting this must have been. While we are pleased that a refund was ultimately arranged and that a replacement parcel was later sent, we recognise that the overall experience fell short of the standard we strive to deliver.
