Land registry - fake lookalikes of government websites
This company does its best to look like an official site although the small print confirms that this is not the case.
It provides documents that can be had for almost one fifth of the price from the real government website and those that it provides cannot be regarded as official documents.
One of the documents I tried to order was paid for and not delivered . Unfortunately my attempts to contact the company on line were responded to unhelpfully and in such poor English that it was difficult to understand what they meant.
There seem to be many such companies advertising on line so its important to ensure you are dealing with the official government ( .gov) website.

When you have a problem you can't speak to anybody.
You must email.
They ignore you.
Repeated emails.
Nothing.
Incredibly poor.
Don't use them.
Use any other online service.

Documents requested were received promptly
I made a request related to house deeds and received the requested documents by email in less than one hour.
I was relived as after payment I had a sudden feeling that this was a scam website - but it turned out no to be the case!

Don't touch them - Its a scam
Don't touch them - it's a scam. I paid my £36 and immediately got a reply to say they didn't have my titles on record so they would set up a call to discuss. I agreed to speak to them but they never called. I messaged to ask for my refund since they couldn't provide the service they claimed to offer but they are only offering to refund £7 because it was so much effort on their part to tell me they didn't have my titles on file! I will be spreading the word about these scammers.

They charged me twice and when I asked for the refund, they only returned 7 pounds rather than 36 pounds of what I was due. Rip off Britain!

Beware - nothing to do with the Land Registry itself
Carefull designed to look like an online service from the Land Registry with the admission that they aren't in much smaller type. I had already paid their inflated price for a copy of the register of title but they blew it with a follow up call today saying I needed to sign up for the property alert which I knew to be free but they insisted wasn't. That bit of their scam didn't work as I already had confirmation direct from the Land Registry that I had signed up!
Nice to see they admit that they are selling a property alert which is a free service provided by the genuine Land Registry. What they don't admit is that the sales person also tried to sell me a copy of the title deeds - I actually contacted the Land Registry direct and bought a copy of the Title Deeds only to find it was just a copy of the Land Registry Title which these clowns has already sold me at an inflated price

I submitted an application to transfer a title in August 2025 and was told this would take some 8 weeks. I was sent forms available online to make a transfer, and there is no update provided apart from a telephone number of the land registry and being asked to call them. Just checking with AI as to what forms need completing, getting these completed and sending off can be done by anyone without paying fees to this organisation that, in my view not done much to help with transfer apart from getting fees from me and providing false information for its relatively prompt execution. Matter not yet completed.
I would not use them again.

total Scam. I thought I was on the gov website. As soon as I paid £36 i realised i was not I was charged £36 for title plans that are quicker and easier to get directly from the gov website for £7.
i instantly emailed cancelling order and also got a email back saying my cancelation was excepted.
yet a week later i get sent a refund of £7 so have paid out £29 for nothing but the privilege of being ripped off.
BE AWARE SCAMMERS!!!
