Helpful, personal and efficient
Helpful advice speaking directly to someone on the phone and I got through straight away. The call handler knew his stuff. It was all very efficient. Unfortunately I couldn't hear him very clearly and had to ask him to slow down and speak up - I'm not hard of hearing!

At a time when so many services have become lack-lustre I have been startled this week by really great service on the two occasions I have had reason to obtain online records. Delivered in minutes and troubled to call me to check if I needed more detailed records than those I ordered. Great service....thanks !

Really excellent. Very easy to use the website to request assistance and was telephoned about five minutes after doing so by a very helpful person who sorted out the problem.

Be wary of calls from the sales department
I applied for two properties and only one was on their register. I didn't get a full refund for the unregistered property. Also the sales department suggested additional documents some of which I had already paid for online

Consequently, we had partially refunded you the document fee as the full fee cannot be refunded as per our refund policy.

Great service. Ordered documents at10am they were made available within 2 minutes. Email from Chad asking me to call him to check if I had the documents I required. Call answered straight away Chad was extremely helpful. Very impressed.

Scam Company
Scam Company don't be sucked in by the company name, Mohammed phoned to inform me the documents i had purchased online had no relevance for what i wanted and i needed to upgrade to the full package, i paid £ 140 for two pages with no relevance to what i was looking for, tried to phone Mohammed to inform him his answer phone says extension 1301 is on the phone every time i phoned him, scam company should be shut down.

Utter cowboys and charlatans. Doesn’t even deserve 1*
Preying on vulnerable and elderly people by masquerading at the government Land Registry and pressure selling then refusing to refund. Don’t insult me by replying saying you don’t have an order number it’s #1384765. Formal complaint is on its way and will continue to escalate until a refund is processed.
Review is on behalf of my elderly parent.

Money grabbing
I ordered a Title Plan document this morning and within just a few minutes I received a telephone call from someone at Land Registry trying to upsell me more documents. When I explained what I wanted (a footprint of our house when it was first built) he said the Title Plan wouldn't give me that info. I immediately emailed to ask to cancel the order as it cost £52.80. I then received an email asking me to complete a form to request the refund- the form wasn't attached and I had to ask for it. I then received the form and sent it to the refunds email address. Shortly afterwards I received the title plan and also a refusal to process my refund. All in all this was a really poor customer experience and felt like Land Registry were money grabbing from start to finish. Appreciate that someone may start to process the request fairly quickly after request was made but given that the whole process was completed within minutes I don't understand how £52.80 cost can be justified at all. Scam company pretending to be HM Land…
Scam company pretending to be HM Land Registry but isn’t Charges eye watering : £110 for 2 documents you can get for £14 from real Land Registry and over £500 for a change of address that you can do for free direct. Fortunately for me thé penny dropped before I gave my payment details Thé .org part of the website address gives it a veneer of respectability Dont touch
The company is now asking for more info like contact details otherwise they will try to get this review taken dow. My answer is that I don’t want to give any more details than they already have on me as I have no confidence in the security of that information and am already anxious enough about the details I did give. And are they saying that what I have said about the website appearing to be HM Land Registry linked or about the massive charges is untrue? All you need to do is an HM Land Registry search and up they come and as they were on loudspeaker my husband can attest to the charges quoted. I didn’t get a reference number anyway as I woke up and smelled a rat before I got to payment thank goodness.
