Takes ages to get a completed document
I submitted my request on 25 th September 2025 and was told today 26th March no had looked at it yet!!! When submitted I was told would be ready by 17th February.
The people on the phone are very helpful but completing the request is very poor
It takes ages to get through on the head office number

Ordered online, was contacted by phone, to confirm I had ordered the right paperwork required, which I hadn’t, as I was not aware that there was 4 lots of paperwork required.
I was talked though want I needed and I ordered the rest of the paperwork.
Very happy to receive the phone call to correct an error on my part

Kind and understanding staff THANK YOU
I have had to contact the land registry every day to see if a document has been done. Every single person I spoke to was vedy helpful and kind.

Changes to property deeds.
I e-mailed them with what I needed to do, they phoned me back, we filled in the paperwork on the phone, I paid. They are now sending me the paperwork to sign and return. They made the transaction easy without the need for my solicitor.
