This company is deceitful. I was deceived by its name - Oliver Harrison LONDON. It is a scam. A Chinese company. I oreded a jumpsuit which took a long time to arrive. The material was very poor in relation to the price (over £50) and it was too short. When I requested a refund, I was informed that the return had to go to China and that they could not cover the returns cost. They offered me a 10% refund and to keep the item 'due to the costs and risks involved in returns'. I have not accepted this offer and to date, have been offered a 20% partial refund. This is iniquitous. Do not be taken in like me.

Absolutely terrible- fraudsters. Overpricing cheap material china wear- misleasing and disguised as UK company. Tried to return item and have not received refund its been 2 months.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Money is taken from your account, you then receive an email to say that from this point you cannot get a refund ( this info is not on their website) you then get multiple emails stating that there is a delay with your order but it will be on its way shortly. The item never arrives. If you email them to say cancel the order and refund the money, they refuse . I was lucky, and raised a dispute through my bank and got my money back. Since placing an order with this company, I have been bombarded with scam and phishing emails . Be warned!

Received dress today. Isn’t made from linen as stated, but jersey. Looks more like a nightdress. Would have to spend a lot on alterations for it to be wearable. Not worth it. Dreadful company do no use.

Ok service just a bit delayed on delivery

Still not had any delivery of items totalling nearly £100.00, I believed this was a UK company.
It clearly is not.

Such a waste of time and hard earned money. Criminal company..avoid.

Having being convinced this was a uk company I waited weeks for 2 x ‘cashmere oversized jumpers’
They arrived yesterday. Omg no attached labels, not sure it’s cashmere as no product care labels and nothing like the photos. One has had the label cut from the garment. Spent a lot, learned a lot. Advice - avoid.

One of the worst companies to deal with please do not buy from these people, there is no contact phone number, they only reply to mail when you are ordering after that they totally ignore any mail sent to them, and the quality of the stuff ordered is very poor and size nothing like it’s supposed to be, and of course no refund will follow

IT IS A SCAM COMPANY AND NOT UK BASED OR EU BASED.

MY WIFE PURCHASED A SUMMER JACKET AND FOUND THE SIZE IS WRONG. AFTER CONTACTING THEY SUGGESTED TO RETURN TO CHINA WITH OWN COST OR TAKE 10% REFUND AND KEEP THE ITEM. THERE IS NO CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT.

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND.

Item arrived finally after a long wait only to find out the supposedly cotton jumper originally priced over £100,was very cheap synthetic looking, nothing like cotton,without any labelling or care instruction.I won't bother returning it to China,as it would take another month just to find out whether I get my refund or not.Ordering from China is always a gamble, but this one was my worst experience.Their website mislead you to think it's UK based.Typical Chinese job.

Purchased jumpers from them - seemed reasonable price and described reasonably.

HOWEVER, the received jumpers looked 2nd hand and had no labels on them whatsoever - no label for what materials they were made from, no label for washing instructions, no label stating country of manufacturer - all these are requirements under UK Trading Standards.

Contacted - got a dismissive response from Sophia (think this is an AI and not a person). Replied and pointed out that order did not comply with Consumer Rights Act or trading standards and refund required.

Sophia ignored points made and again was dismissive - stating to return the items to their address at our cost.

Replied - advising that according to Consumer Rights Act - goods "not fit for purpose" (such as these items) - the retailer was required to pay for any returns or arrange and pay for a courier to collect the goods at their expense. Also Trading Standards required a UK address for returning items.

Again ignored by Sophia - who replied offering a 10% refund and we could keep the items. Clearly their cost is less than 10% of what they sell the items for.

Again requested a full refund and now being ignored.

This company is actually called Redwood Media Group Ltd and are based in Hong Kong. They have nothing to do with "London" other than that is the location for their scam sales !!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

Scam scam scam - do not be fooled by the ‘London’ in the name, the co.uk of the website. I’m usually a careful shopper, but I got totally fooled.

Ordered on the 21st April - have been in touch with ‘Sophia’. I’ve been told so many conflicting stories.

Now in touch with my bank about a refund.

The order took forever to arrive so I emailed Sophia. I told her I had read reviews on Trustpilot and asked her about China. She didn't answer these questions but assured me I would have my jacket before 29/4 as I needed it then. The jacket hadn't arrived by 29th so I asked her to cancel order and refund my money which she ignored. The jacket arrived on 1/5. It was squashed into bag 9 inches square and was a mess. I contacted Sophia and complained and asked for refund. She said I would have to return it to China at my expense and wait for refund or else take 20% of jacket price from them and keep it. As the jacket was too big (used their size guide), late and not fit for purpose I refused. To mail it to China was quite expensive so I told her I would just give it to local charity shop who would be lucky to get a £5 for it. I wish I had read Trustpilot before I ordered this. Their office is not in London but Netherlands and the items are made and shipped from China. I think Sophia is a robot. Expensive lesson learned

This company is a criminal enterprise. There is no ability to return items.
The quality of items WILL require you to return them and seek a refund however I returned the items to China at my own expense. The items are stuck with customs and the company are asking for me to now pay the custome charges. No idea or help as to how much and who to pay. I have lost my money now lost the clothes and also had to pay postage. A criminal enterprise. Do not get scammed!

These seem to be a complete scam operation. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. My advice is DO NOT USE THEM. If you do pay by credit card and if they scam you you will be insured. However, when they scammed me Nationwide got my money back through Visa even though I paid by debit card. Don't give up!!!

This is an online SCAM, does not have a store in London. Reviewed today 01/05/25 on RIP OFF BRITAIN.

Scam company. Not based in London, they are in China. The product we (eventually) received was sub standard, probably used. Do not transact with them.

All 5 star reviews by bots with only 1 review. Consider this. Those reviews by alleged reviewers who have only ever reviewed once feel so compelled to review the experience of Oliver Harrison (not London). 😂 Do people really talk like this in reviews 😂😂. The deceitful practices of this organization need to be stopped including the fake reviews. Have a look at the one star reviews 91%. Majority of these reviewers are regular reviewers with multiple reviews, genuine, not fake bots. DO NOT ENGAGE with this company. UK government needs to stop these Chinese companies misleading UK consumers and same goes for other respectable nations. Appalling products, unfair contract terms and deceptive practices. Not based in Netherlands Not Based in UK. Does everything they can do to avoid returns for bin worthy cheap Chinese products. Threatening Customs charges on returns when most of time they get returns and state damage or loss. I feel for others who trusted this company!

Fraudulent retailer - rubbish
Received a horrendous short box jacket made of polyester when it was advertised and photographed as a suede over sized long trench coat. The only thing the jacket i received had in common with the photograph of the jacket was that they both had 2 sleeves and the colour was similar. I sent the jacket back via FedEx with a commercial invoice.. 15 emails later, chasing them to call FedEx and confirm the tarrif code, which is correct... and have got NOWHERE. The number on the website for the Netherlands office is 'no longer in use'. Don't be fooled by replies from 'Sophie' who will do 'anything for you to help resolve the problem'. It's a BOT... You WILL loose your money if you don't like the rubbish they send you.
