Order never showed, no responce from customer service.

Do not order from this company you don’t realise at the time they are coming from china I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! poor quality boots I paid for the boots for my daughter’s birthday. I returned them it cost an absolute fortune.14 months later I have not received any money back sitting in customs in china all that time utter rubbish it’s disgusting so I ended up 120.00 out of pocket. They should not be able to operate disgusting rip off merchants.

Please do not make the mistake I made when ordering goods that look reasonable on line, but when you finally receive them not fit for purpose.
After a lot of emails they just fob you off with excuses ( not able to give refunds !!)

Items sent back for refund and they refused to give me a refund. The items were not as described (waterproof ladies coats). They are cheats and I believe fraudulent!!

I also paid £30.00 traceable post via Royal Mail and they couldn’t help as they had delivered as promised!!! £159,99 out of pocket and I have been fighting this since last October! Please don’t use them

I would give this Company a minus if was possible. I brought an item, a raincoat, last October it wasn’t true to size and so l returned the item. Following their returns system, keeping tracking docs and photos! Almost a year later and l still have no refund! Until a month ago a lady called Sophie has been replying to my chase up emails, stating the item hasn’t arrived back in their warehouse yet, now everything has gone silent - no replies. E

After more emails than I care to remember, and after offers of 10/20% etc. off my purchases (two “linen” tops which looked as if they’d been made by a 4 year old) it was agree that I could have a full refund if I returned the goods. I was warned the postage would be expensive (obviously a well known deterrent) and it was. However, a principal was at stake and I sent them back months ago. Kept checking their status via the P.O. but, guess what? The parcel was returned to me today as it was REFUSED.
I didn’t think my opinion of Oliver Harrison “of London” ( that’s a misnomer) could get any lower. Alas, I was so wrong.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been meaning to write a review for a few months but have had a busy summer. What prompted me tonight was that I saw an advert on FB for another company with the name Harrison and just wondered if it is the same company under a different guise.

My son sent £50 as a birthday gift for my husband in mid May and asked me to buy him something luxurious that I thought he’d like.
I searched “cashmere jumpers” and up came this company, Oliver Harrison London, advertising a men’s dark Cherry red cashmere sweater at half price, £49.95, which looked lovely so I ordered size XL.

That was on 19 May 25. As I was in a hurry, the birthday being just four days away, I didn’t do my usual research into TrustPilot reviews. It was only immediately after ordering that I thought to have a look. When I saw the dreadful reviews, I emailed the company immediately, saying I wished to cancel the order. They replied immediately saying it had already been dispatched!

As M&S had recently been hacked and there had been some issues paying by their credit card, I just paid by debit card. I rang the bank immediately, very worried that because it was a debit card, I might not get redress if the product either did not arrive, or was shoddy. They said to await the order and if it either didn’t arrive or was not as expected, I would have to write to the company and wait 30 days to try to resolve the issue, then contact the Bank’s Dispute Team and raise a dispute.

A cherry red jumper duly arrived about 10 days later. Nice enough jumper, but clearly not cashmere, size approximately lady’s size 14.

Laid it on top of my husband’s M&S size XL jumper and took photographs showing the size difference in length, width and sleeve length. Several inches out on all measures.

Not a single label anywhere on or inside the jumper, so no brand, no size, no fabric content, no washing instructions. Just a small card laid inside saying Oliver Harrison London.
Wrote to them the same day, with all the photographs, detailing all the faults and having checked, I could see they were registered in the Netherlands though the parcel came from China. Company name on the package said Tommy Wu or something similar, China.

I also told them that as they were based in EU, I was covered by EU consumer law, so it was no good them hiding behind their Ts&Cs. The goods were not as advertised and if they wanted me to return it they must pay for postage - this they refused to do and offered me first 10%, then 15% and finally 20% credit. I refused, waited 30 days, contacted the bank, sent all the chain of emails and photographs and within a few weeks got a full refund into my bank.

Asked the bank what I should do about returning the jumper, as I was not willing to pay postage, because I did not trust the company to refund me and they had already made clear they do not pay postage or provide postage paid labels.

Items have to be returned to CHINA and their Ts & Cs online explain that this can be quite expensive and at the sender’s risk as parcels sometimes go missing!
Cost would be about thirty to forty Euros!

Asked for advice from the Bank about returning the jumper. They advised that as I had offered to return it provided the company paid the postage, I should sit tight and see what they did.

Nothing happened, so here we are at 7 September and the jumper is still sitting in its original package. I guess long enough has passed now that I am entitled to keep it, so I will be wearing it myself this winter.

I did use the refund to buy my husband some clothing at M&S!!!!!!

I am a pleasant and polite person, but if I am wronged, I will fight for my rights like a tigress! Still polite, professional and pleasant, but FIRM.

1 star because I can’t give 0. Took weeks to send me a poor quality, cheap, nasty product.

I bought from this company a few months ago, a navy blue mac but ended up putting it in the charity bag. The sleeves were too short and had a peculiar torso/body ratio fit.
Paid about £45 for it. Of course it was as usual reduced, as with these sites. Which is how they seduce you into buying. They are using the psychological effect of the satisfaction of a bargain on consumers. Nothing but a generic Chinese low quality fake/scam outfit, using an English sounding company name.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Terrible customer service. Ordered two dresses, 4 days after purchase they have emailed to say the items are not in stock. They have now said I can’t have a refund and must spend the money I spent on these dresses on their website. Absolutely terrible

I ordered an expensive waterproof raincoat. It was made in China and shipped from China! It's nothing like one I ordered from the website. It's far too small and not even waterproof. The company offered me 10% to keep it. Why would I keep it when it doesn't fit and it is not waterproof. The company offered me 10% to keep it. Why would I keep it when it doesn't fit! I was told to ship it back to China and they have once again shipped it back to me! Their return policy is completely useless.
It's in place to misguide you into thinking that they will accept returns. They don't! It was a very foolish and expensive mistake not to have read the reviews before ordering. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I’d give no stars if I could. Order a “leather” bag looked beautiful in the picture. Reduced from £95 to £50 Received PVC cheap, thin bag poor quality bag all the way from china. I complained they offered money back, or I could send it back, however they said if I do that there is no guarantee I’ll receive it. Eventually I took the discount which they NEVER gave me. RIPPED OFF BIG TIME ….

Never buy anything from thus Chinese Company..

Goods received but really bad quality.

I lost £100 .. I hope they get regulated by The Consumers Association!

NEVER buy from this company. I’ve had to give 1 star to write a review but they are not worth even that. Appalling quality. I bought 4 dresses at a cost of £44.95 each. I shouldn’t think they cost £4.95 in total to make all 4 dresses the quality is that bad. But even worse is when you try to contact their customer service to make a return. They make it the most horrendous experience I’ve ever encountered in this country. Offering discounts etc rather than just simply accept the returns and refund the cost. They are total scammers and should be investigated by the relevant authorities. I never got a refund and have had to bin the dresses as the material is so poor even charity shops wouldn’t take them!
I wish I’d read the reviews on here before being conned by clever photography on a website run by a sham of a company.

I ordered believing they were a UK company .they are not! China based .dresses were okay but not good enough quality for what i wanted , customer service was ok but just kept offering me 10% which when you have spent 90 quid 9 quid doesnt cut it .I returned the dresses at my cost. They have left them in customs for 6 months and evri have now sent them back to me !I'm fuming as even more out of pocket .and oddly now there's no reply from them at all ..totally scammers please DO NOT USE

Never, never, never buy from this company! The customer service is good, but the items are shipped from China (probably Temu). I am unsure about the quality because I have not yet received my order, which I placed on 31st July. They have a 24-hour cancellation policy, but this is clearly a scam.

Scammer!!!!! Dont buy from this company! Band it!!! It was shipped from China instead of London or Netherland. They allow you to return the order at your own expenses but will refuse to accept the parcel and this parcel will be sent back after many months to your place and they will not respond you when you ask for refund, this company should be banned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BLACKLIST

It has been three months and I have not heard anything regarding my refund inspite of various emails sent out. The UK gov must not allow this business to run in the UK as they are misleading people and not clear policies. Their quality is opposite to what they advertise.
