I ordered a bag for my daughter, looked great in the photos. when it arrived the quality and look of the bag, which cost over £40.00 was awful. Really cheap looking and definitely not worth even half the price I paid for it. I emailed them and asked to return it. they offered 5% refund, which I refused explaining that I wouldn't give my daughter the bag and neither of us would want to use it. I asked for the details regarding returning it. Really complicated and expensive but I carried on on principle. It cost £22 to send back to China through track and sign. After 5 months I received the bag back to me and they emailed to say it was out of their control, due to customs even though i had followed their instructions. Now offering 20% refund which doesnt even cover half the cost of sending never mind the bag - still waiting for a response to my last email. Awful company. Definitely not UK/London based. They are happy to send out really cheap looking, poor quality items. Like others have said, i wish i had read the reviews before ordering.

It's not a real company! They're pretending to be based in UK or Netherlands, but they're really based in China. The products are fake. They take weeks to arrive and then you can't return them unless you want to spend the same amount again shipping them to China.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.I believed that the company was based in London and British.It took a long time to arrive and then was about 6 inches too long and of very poor quality.After reading reviews do not expect to have a satisfactory return refund and I will not be prepared to pay £15-00 to return.

DO NOT USE . I what I thought was two lovely Linen dresses from oliverharrisonlondon.co.uk , from what look like a lovely London based shop. Turms out what arrived was two very poor quaity dresses with no care lables , via Hong Kong, The retunrs is poor , I have sent my photos of the products as requested and am still waiting for an update on gaining a refund . Very poor quality and misselling products.

The two jackets I ordered were of very low quality (material) when I tried to return these items back to china at my own expense they offered me 10% off to keep them, I refused said I wanted to return them they then offered me 20% and stated that if the items arrived back damaged in any way I wouldn’t get a refund. I said no to the 20% they then sent me the return information with a long list of reasons why I wouldn’t get a refund.
I decided to accept the 20% as it was obvious that I would not get the refund. So of my £80 spent (includes p&p) I received £15 and the items went in the bin.

You should consider this as a negative star, as a 1 star review is far too generous, I unfortunately was duped into buying a jacket from the Oliver Harris London Website without checking Trust Pilot first. The 5 star reviews are most likely utterly fake, the jacket ordered did turn up, but not from a London Company as expected, but from China via Holland. The men's XL Jacket would have fitted a 10 year old child and the quality was so poor I could not even consider taking it to a charity shop. Fit for a bin only - The colour was the only thing that matched the description. I guess that as this is shipped from outside the UK that Trading Standards will be unable to check this company out.
On complaining they offered 10% off as a settlement, as returning it 'would be costly and take time'. Hopefully this scam company will be eventually be found out and stopped from trading.

Zero stars if possible. Absolute joke of a company. Fancy website stating London. Items turned up a month after ordering from China. Rolled up in a ball, wrinkly, wet, smelly and nothing like listing! Telling me I have to pay £40 to return to China for refund! Seeking fund reversal through bank. Avoid at all costs.

Would give a minus review if I could. Shop front photo, London and reassuring name fooled me. Vegan leather biker jacket took weeks to arrive with lots of messages saying how ‘excited’ they were to be ‘preparing’ my order. I knew it would be rubbish before I even opened the package when it weighed less than a tea towel. £15 to return it to China and then no guarantee of a full refund. I’m taking it to a charity shop in the hope that it might raise a couple of quid for a good cause. Avoid like the plague and warn your friends. I’ll be contacting trustpilot sbout taking down the obviously fake 5 star reviews here.

Do not purchase. The items are out of stock, but they take your money without despatching anything. They did not offer a refund, just store credit. I’ve made a formal complaint with ombudsman and my bank. Fraudulent activity

I wish I read other reviews earlier before buying the product as I'm afraid I lost my money. The product is of bad quality and the tag is cut off. It was supposed to be a leather jacket but I'm fairly certain it is a fake!

Claim to be in London but actually china, took over 3 weeks to get order and really poor quality! Want to return but says minimum £15 return fees and may take weeks to get money back!! May have to cut my losses.

I ordered a 100% wool ladies coat. What arrived was a polyester unlinned very badly made heap of garbage. I was entirely duped. When I ordered this item I genuinely believed I was placing an order with UK based Company. How wrong was I. It did not take long to realise my error. Actually, it was five minutes. I immediately tried to cancel order. Was advised that the item had already been processed and therefore could not he cancelled. It then took a further 11 days before I got an email stated that my item was ready to be dispatched. My item arrived 28 days after placing order. I only wish Trustpiliot offered negative numbers as this would totally warrant a minus 5. I am still awaiting a response to my request to return this item.

I wouldn’t even give them any stars. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with their RETURN SERVICE and arguing to get a refund. I have paid them £44.95 and they are offering 10% refund and to keep the dress. Dress doesn’t fit so I lose all that money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FFOM THEM !!!!

I would give it 0 if I could. Please don't use this site! When clothes arrived it was so cheap and looked horrible, the pattern was blurry and pixilated. Tried to return it and they offered a 10% refund that's all and said the returns is overseas. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear!

This website needs closing down. This is horrendous. Just look at the reviews. This a Chinese business ripping off anyone they can. Scam scan scam.

All I can say is, I have had exactly the same terrible experience as the other reviewers. The item I ordered arrived on 12th May having ordered it on 22nd April. All the delays were caused at their end.
On top of this, the item is of very poor quality it is not as described and does not look like the pictures on the website. There are no labels inside any of the garment and it was screwed up into a very small bag. They claim to be a high-end fashion brand as ‘Oliver Harrison London’ and their operating office is in the Netherlands and they ship their below average clothing from China.
When I started to contact them and express my dissatisfaction, they started offering me discounts from 10%, 15% and then 20% which is unacceptable given the item did not arrive in time for a special event. I am in the middle of a dispute with them to get a full refund.
Also to add, I found the identical item for £20 cheaper on Amazon.
My advice would be do not do not do not order anything from this company or even from Amazon that looks the same because they are probably operating through other distributors. If I get a satisfactory resolution, I will come back and update here, but in the meantime, do not even look at this companies website.
I really think Trust pilot or some other authority need to take action against this company, they should not be allowed to trade the way they are.

Do not touch this company. Firstly they hold your money for around 2 weeks before dispatching the item, then what you get will not resemble what you were hoping for. All the manufacturers tags cut from the products, shockingly made garments, sizing not what it states on the website, and a return address of China as your own costs.

Item of clothing was very poor quality and should not be allowed to be allowed to trade no return policy .... DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Do not believe the fake positive reviews either! I ordered an 'elegant Italian wool coat' to wear at my Dad's funeral (in two different sizes). They eventually arrived (too late for the funeral, as sent from China, not London), but they were truly awful quality (like a kids' dressing up outfit) and the fabric was actually labelled 'polyester and spandex'! They were scrunched up tight in unsuitable packaging. 'Sofia' at customer services refused to give me a full refund, offering 10%, 15%, then 20% refund to keep the items. Eventually (3.5 months later) I got a full refund, but only after I raised a dispute with my credit card company. Only then 'Sofia' gave me the return address - and it cost me £30 to return the items to China. Extremely irritating.
