This company is completely dishonest.Not only are the clothes of very poor quality but it is almost impossible to get a refund as they are based in china and try and block you return request at every attempt.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Total scam. Stay away from this company. Ordered a supposed vintage leather handbag £45.00. Would not give £5.00 for it. Do not waste your money. This company needs reporting. May appear to be a company based in London, but in fact is just cheap China imports.

I would rate zero if it was possible. This is a scam company. There is no UK base and it is based in china. Products sent do not match the images and description on the website. You have to pay the customs fees to send the sub standard products back for a refund. No refund is ever sent. Avoid this company.

This company does not refund!
operates illegally making customers think it is based in the Netherlands when items are sent from China and take forever to be delivered. The website gives no clue as to how to return items so email is the only method and they will try every way to convince you that the items are worth keeping if you accept a partial refund. should you wish to send the items back to CHINA then they say there is no guarantee that the parcel will reach its destination intact so there may NOT be a refund possible!!!

This company is a scam. Please don't use them. I ordered a pink 'teddy furry' hoodie. It looked properly furry and cosy in the picture. What arrived was definitely not of the same quality: the fabric was different, not 'furry', there was no label in the hoodie (which the picture did show); there were very shoddy seams, with thread hanging out. When I contacted them they said they do not do return labels, return costs are the customer's responsibility, and offereda meagre 10% refund. When I threatened legal action, the (AI?) email responses went quiet.
Please don't use this company. You'll get stuck with a subpar item with no way of getting your money back!

First of all you would assume it’s a London based company, but no it’s in the Netherlands. The products are sent from China; the quality is not worth the money, the delivery MUCH longer than advertised. They offered 10% then 15% and final offer of 20% discount off a £50 dress that even Primark wouldn’t sell for more than £7.99!!

I’d like to review a zero star for this SHAM of a company. First of all you would assume it’s a London based company, no it’s in the Netherlands but the products are sent from China so no different from SHEIN etc but at least e know they’re in China. Their sizes are massively inaccurate, the quality is not worth the money, the delivery MUCH longer than advertised. I am currently trying to send the product back but it’s t my cost despite their failure to meet standards and also say it has to be returned to China which they reckon could be around £30 . They offered 10% then 15% and final offer of 20%discount off a £75 raincoat that would fit a 12 year old with very short arms.!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and read the real reviews!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering the item from this website. Absolutely scam. They sent me something else, nothing the same as it was described. I also found the same picture of the suede jacket they are advertising, on the different website with shockingly low price. I am trying to return this item and I am sure they will understand and support my return.

A real scam. This people use an European footprint for fraudulent business. Also the products have misleading information.
Best thing to do is to report them to:
action fraud police uk, trading-standards, report cyber service.
And to contact your bank provider to reverse the transaction.

Be mindful that they operate with other names too.

Luxury bag was a two bob bit made in china. Fell apart after 3 months. Paid £45 . I have bought better from the market. Plus they have nothing to do with London. Totally misleading and misleading sold

This is the most disgusting company to deal with, refused my return as the dress was cheap see through material, communication frustrating and a complete waste of time..DO NOT USE!

I so wish I had read the reviews before placing an order from this company. The suede jacket ordered turned out to be a tatty synthetic garment sent directly from China. The only means of return offered is to pay to send back to China. As the promised 20 percent recompense has never been paid I would be surprised if refunds ever materialise. Buyer beware!

The jumper I ordered was out of stock, and I requested a full refund, refusing vouchers or alternative. The refund was explicitly refused - until I invoked charge-back through my credit card company. It was then processed in 24 hours.

Disgusting please not order from here bought a set for £50 in my size came 3 sizes smaller with the cheapest quality material they are a scam and the good reviews are from bots. Do not waist your money

Biggest scam ever!
- Misleading information in connection to Oliver Harrison London
- The purchase was not worth the money advertised! The quality was terrible
- If you don't like it or it doesn't fit, you can't even exchange it or make a return!
- To make a return you're forced to pay £15-£20 as it has to be sent to China!!!!!!
- The worst part of it is that the return/condition to get to China safely cannot be confirmed, so they've stated I can keep the coat and get 20% refund which works out as only about a tenner! Even though I accepted, the refund hasn't even been sent to me!!!!
- Biggest mistake where I've lost out on over £50! Will never buy from this place again and will only ever buy from reputable retailers.
- I wish I read the reviews before buying anything from here as they actually warn you about the exact same thing! 😕
- I will be reporting this to Action Fraud as this is an unacceptable pattern of fraud!

Disgusting. I truly believe everyone who gave this a 5 star rating is lying. They're either working for the company to give it a good reputation.

I cancelled an order yet it will still shipped out? I tried to ask them for a refund and they said they can only give 20% of what I paid back. I paid 54.99 and they are offering to pay me back around £10. I was shocked.. they said that if I was to ship it to them I would pay around £30 pounds for shipping and more for customs. This is misleading and I believe this is how they make their money.

The quality of the item (that was meant to be cancelled) is CHEAP. This company is a scam and they scam you out of your money.

Do Not Order, company not London as advertised, delivery took weeks and then realised from China. Item had no labels, wrong sizing to fit as advertised and lack of help when trying to discuss with them. A complete con!

Like so many other reviews...absolutely shocking company. Ordered a jacket which, when received, looked nothing like as advertised. Horrendous in every way. 20% discount offer does not make it wearable. They are responsible for paying for a return if of unsatisfactory quality but they continue to insist I should pay. They should be banned from trading. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
