Hi good evening. I registered my supply both electricity and gas from EDF and the lady was very helpful at Brent Cross where you have a stand and the lady‘s name was Olivia. She was very helpful with everything that she did to enable the transfer to take place.

The operator just made things simple and was a delight. What a pleasant change - Octopus even answer the phone!

Today I contacted you for help with a problem with a property that I own and your representative was very good and hopefully it is now sorted

Customer service was really good, helped me sort out a new tariff when I had been unable to do so online.

Received an email confirming new tariff really quickly.

I can honestly say that switching to Octopus Energy has been a great experience when compared to the service I have received from EDF over the last few years. Customer service is prompt and precise a very straightforward process to switch energy suppliers apart from EDF

Very Easy to deal with and contactable and great service all around

I'm on my second ombarsman compliant. Absolutely useless. They use every tactic in the book to put off doing anything about fixing my timing meter while, I'm still over paying for my electric. Yet they still keep putting the price up.
