Hi good evening. I registered my supply both electricity and gas from EDF and the lady was very helpful at Brent Cross where you have a stand and the lady‘s name was Olivia. She was very helpful with everything that she did to enable the transfer to take place.

Octopus's engineer arrived early and installed the meter in no time. He was friendly and engaging and worked with quiet efficiency, powered by a Cornish pasty. Excellent service.

I can honestly say that switching to Octopus Energy has been a great experience when compared to the service I have received from EDF over the last few years. Customer service is prompt and precise a very straightforward process to switch energy suppliers apart from EDF

I'm on my second ombarsman compliant
I'm on my second ombarsman compliant. Absolutely useless. They use every tactic in the book to put off doing anything about fixing my timing meter while, I'm still over paying for my electric. Yet they still keep putting the price up.
