business temp rate assistance
Our business needed a temp rate for around 2x months only and Leah was a great help with numerous emails to help us choose and eventual selection of temp rate fixed - it made a big difference with her help.

Helpful but disappointing outcome
Harpaul was very understanding and importantly, listened to me.
He explained that Octopus had removed the arrangement for the standing charge to be waived, and that it would apply again which was disappointing, given that the electricity is solely used for an air ambulance night landing site, and the Parish Council, in whose name the account stands, will now have to budget an an additional £21 a month for the standing charge.
When the one year tariff is nearing the end in 2027, I shall shop around to try and get a more competitive deal.

Tried to switch suppliers online but the webpage kept failing, called Octopus to arrange over the phone and Sharon was fantastic, sorted the switch within 20 minutes, great service.

Taz was great
Taz was great. After multiple calls and emails they made me feel reassured that this is now being progressed. They took accountability and gave realistic guidelines, until now the customer service levels were poor and Taz has shown that this is not the case with all staff.
