I like talking to a human not a AI system . I actually believe your company cares about their customers, the lady I spoke to was better than helpful I enjoyed the call. I have dealt with many utility companies and in a word they were hopeless. Keeping jobs in Great Britain is a marvellous thing to do instead of using overseas call centres. Please don't change what I can only call a winning formula.Thank you

Utter disgrace of a company, don't touch them with a barge pole, overcharge and blame a dodgy meter, brake the meter box and won't repair it, 😠 don't go anywhere near them, avoid at all cost

I was able to change provider to octopus very easily by phone with a real person 😁. The only slight problem was the very high volume of back ground noice - would be a problem for someone with hearing difficulties.

I have been dealing with Mia today, on renewing our business energy contract. As always with Octopus, they kept it simple, with no hassle. Would not go anywhere else!
