Really bad customer service. You have to pay be yourself for the return. Bad quality and bad service! I still wait for an answer from the customer service till october. No reaction!

Great follow up
6 months after collecting my glasses they were still slipping off my nose and I found myself unable to wear them. I contacted oco and without hesitation they agreed to take the glasses back and make an adjustment. this was all done by post a fantastic service

Amazing service
Amazing service. Checked out the same glasses at other stores as well but the service OCO Glasses provides made my choice easy. I was going on holidays when my prescription glasses got ready (3 days after I ordered them) but they shipped it for free to my destination. Best service!

Great service and advice.
I find choosing the right frame a daunting task but I was taken through the range and found a pair that suited me and I'm really happy. I also had an eye test and my prescription was tweaked slightly but it's made a huge difference. I will return!

What a great company
What a great company! Used these guys for the first time and they delivered swiftly and safely to my home address......to top it off great communication with the lady that works at OCO glasses.....shame I didn’t get her name but thankyou for your help and support and I will be coming back again to purchase another one of your amazing sunglasses.

Lightning fast (under 24hours) to Portugal. Impressive!
So, I ordered yesterday around 3pm, 2 pairs of DITA sunglasses to Portugal and they arrived in less than 24 hours - this is after I emailed them 30 mins later to say I wanted to ammend the order to include the second pair!
I mean - free shipping and arrived less than 24 hours later ... in Portugal?! This is unheard of. Really impressed.
The packaging was perfect and of course my sunglasses were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend shopping with OCO Glasses! Nothing but positive experiences. (This is my 2nd time shopping with them).
