Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. You have to pay be yourself for the return. Bad quality and bad service! I still wait for an answer from the customer service till october. No reaction!

Very helpful and they have a great…

Very helpful and they have a great range of frames. I have been communicating with Vimi with regards to one of the frames she has to request from abroad she did her best to bring me the right one I cannot thank her enough for what she did.

Jennie and her team at OCO always impress me with their professionalism, skills and knowledge. They're always so helpful I never go anywhere else

The specialist was very kind

The specialist was very kind, patient, and provide the well service during the try in progress. She allows us to express my favourites, and let me out the shop to see the frame under the sun light.

Shop provide the fame style which rarely see outside the other optical shops which is great

Great!

Everyone on the shop floor was very friendly and professional, giving good advice and had great product knowledge.
Product choice was varied and interesting.

OCO is my home opticians

OCO is my home opticians. The care is good and their range of frames is great and includes off the beaten track designer ones. Good price. Good prompt delivery.
