I got some stock for my business Salon. I very happy and my customer very happy with product

Probably the worse Extentions I’ve ever bought! Like dolls hair when washed! Lasted a couple of weeks before I had to take them all out! Emailed - no response!!! Neatly £200!!! Absolute disgrace of a company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEU LADY! Horrendous hair… even bought the beads from them, had to get ones from amazon as they just kept sliding out, was replacing at 5 per day using their beads! Never again!!!

I ordered my extensions on December 16th for next day delivery. I still haven’t received them. At first they were replying to my emails saying it would be the next day and then the day after that and now they aren’t responding at all!

Honestly scammers and worst company I ever dealt with! They take your money and don’t deliver the items. I tried to contact multiple times and all emails are being ignored!!!

I got this product for my sister and she has been very happy with it. It was for her birthday and graduation party. She sent me the link and i paid for it. She is very happy with the outcome

I've had the hair extensions 2 months and they are terrible, they've gone what I can only explain as dolls hair, so dry and so bushy and knotted. I never use heat as I plait my hair and wear it with a natural waive, i only wash them twice a week with the proper shampoo and conditioner so noone can say I haven't looked after them. Absolutely terrible life span won't be buying again!

I had my product delivered the next day even though I was in and the silly driver took my parcel back for delivery the next day. Happy with products but not with driver

I bought extensions off this company 7 months ago?they was the opposite of the colour I ordered I sent them back unused I received an email off these stating my refund would be in in 7/10 working days ..after 35 emails they have still not refunded me there customer service is awful I would not recommend buying off this company. I am currently now going to take these to a court and have complained about them to the consumer rights dept

Used the company for all my clients hair and nails. Used the for 3 months now. So far I am very happy with the service. I get email replies within 1 hour response

Disgusted with this worst experience ever!! Payed twice for hair i haven't received. No communication, only refunded one payment. So no money, no hair. Messages being ignored and having to chase this up is stressing me out!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I have been using this hair company for my salon for over 8 months now. The hair is of top quality and my customers are very happy with thebtexture and quality. I order in bulk every 3 weekd from them and i have used alot of companies in the pastm i order mostly Nano rings extensions from here and some blonde colours. 100% recommend them

Still waiting on my order to arrive. No update, no contact, no phone number. Useless awful company. Says 2-3 days express delivery and still waiting. Event i needed them for has passed so when you spend £300 you expect it to turn up on time!!! FUMING.
