Review:
I placed an order (BALLS145686) on 12th February. It is now 12th March—exactly one month later—and the status is still "Unfulfilled."
Despite my money being taken immediately, I have received nothing. I have sent multiple formal emails (28th Feb and 12th March) demanding a refund under the Consumer Rights Act, and I have been completely ghosted.
I have now been forced to:
1. Cancel my subscription.
2. Initiate a formal chargeback with NatWest (Case DSS1002172156).
3. Report the company to Citizens Advice/Trading Standards for breach of contract.
Absolute farce of a company. If you value your money, do not subscribe.
Absolutely no contact
Ordered on a Thursday. 1-2 days delivery so thought maybe mid the following week.
Tried tracking order- so have to download the Shop app then sign up. Then enter email and emails password for it to show you tracking. But didn’t work. Emailed them using hello@ and help@ email. Nothing. Tried app again. Nothing. Then briefly saw Delivered but then couldn’t see anything else.
Either way I never received item. May have been delivered elsewhere but could find on the app any info.
Why not have a normal simple click to track link like all others?
Also never had a reply from the emails. Requested money back through PayPal. Money returned the next day. Still nothing from Balls! Clearly something dodgy going on
Dead within 2 years
Product would not turn on anymore, less than 2yrs after purchase. No charging issues. Never dropped. company responded saying not covered and gave me 25% off future purchase (prices had gone up 25% during that time...). Would not recommend.

La commande a été expédiée depuis les États-Unis bien qu’il soit annoncé dans les conditions générales de vente que les expéditions se fassent depuis des entrepôts en Allemagne et en France. Cela a entraîné des frais de douane de 11 €. L’entreprise a mis du temps à répondre à ma demande mais a finalement remboursé ces fameux frais. Mon expérience utilisateur est dans la finalité satisfaisante. Les tondeuses sont de très bonne qualité, mais il faut éclaircir le processus de remboursement des frais pour les acheteur étranger.
Faulty product, won’t repair
Received a trimmer and within 90 days it is faulty.
Provided proof of purchase (via 3rd party) showing it was new and bought in July25 but they won’t honour a repair or replacement even though it is a 12 month manufacturer warranty.
Really disappointed and will be going back to Gillette. Don’t waste your money as it’s not snag proof either even though they claim to be.

Les mandé un correo electrónico y me contestaron, sino creo que ni ellos se hubieran preocupado, pensaba que era una estafa, pero muy poca profesionalidad y seriedad.
Desde el 6 de agosto esperando el pedido y no puedo ni mirar por donde va.sale página errónea. : así q esperaré un poco más y si no llegan tomaré alguna decisión.

Our order arrived broken due to some rough treatment from the postman. The team at Balls swiftly handled the issue and had a new trimmer in the mail and sent to us free of charge. Very grateful for the no-nonsense customer support.
2 dead shavers, bought 2 years ago
Bought a couple years ago, the first shaver they sent out had an issue with water ingress and the amazing customer support resolved it very quickly and sent out a new shaver after confirming the issue (they did ask me to record a video of the water ingress, so definitely can't use the phrase "no questions asked").
Both shavers are dead now after infrequent use over the last couple of years.
Honestly you may as well just go on AliExpress and search "balls shaver" and you'll find this exact product directly from China for 1/10th of the cost. It's just an insanely well marketed rebrand of a cheap Chinese product unfortunately.
I will (and have) buy another as it does a job, but from China for £5 instead. I got the exact same shaver for £5.

Blown away by the design
I got the Archibald trimmer as a gift. I had zero expectations but this thing won me over. 1) No nicks. I've cut myself using every other body groomer I've ever owned. Not this guy. 2) The design. At first I was like 'where are all the attachments?' but then I realized it's so well designed that the one adjustable guard is all you need. 3) THE LIGHT!!! Why did no one ever think of this before?!? Of course you need a little light shining on you as you trim your body hair!
Highly recommended

Rasierer soweit ok, angeblich soll ich unter 5 V am Laptop laden…sowas benutze aber ch aber garnicht mehr….hab ihr keine entsprechende Netzteile im Shop ???
