Great chair for the price
Great chair for the price. Just no communication to anything, it just arrived one day, luckily someone was in to get it. The SHOP app they use is worse than useless, had this issue before with it. Need to look at something different or just email customers when delivery is due.
OK reply explained it all. Could have saved a lot of typing by saying it was in DPD's hands. Most useless delivery company in this part of the NE.

Thank you for your review. First and foremost we are glad to hear you are happy with the product and the price, we do our very best to ensure all of our products are competitively priced and good value for money. We are disappointed that you are unhappy with the delivery experience/communication. It is surprising to hear you did not receive any notifications at all as emails are sent automatically as soon as a customer places an order and when the goods leave our warehouse. This chair was sent with DPD and the mobile contact number provided with order was passed onto DPD who are usually very good at sending tracking information via text to keep you fully updated. If you did not receive these notifications we can only apologise. We are available 5 days a week by phone and 6 days a week via email/live chat and would’ve been more than happy to provide your tracking information if we had known it had not been received.

First class service and Products
Every aspect of our contact with NWOF was first class. The website, the advice received from both Jamie and Andy, the fantastic prices, delivery and the quality of the products. So impressed that we ordered more furniture to fit the space left. Will definitely use again.

Outstanding Service at NWOF
This company is a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to assist (Thank you Jamie Mackie). We ordered 25 tables and I had ordered the wrong legs but NWOF acted straight away when I told them that we needed the tables for a function at our Community Centre - they even managed a discount on the delivery. Great quality of goods. Great customer service.

Excellent company. Replied to my email enquiry on a Sunday. Order arrived really quickly. Had a small problem which was sorted immediately when I contacted them. Would 100% recommend ! We placed a second order as very happy 😊

Very easy to deal with, professional service.
Despite there being a problem with a faulty item, all the staff I dealt with were extremely positive and courteous, they had the problem sorted as soon as they could. Kept me informed at all stages.
