Made an order of an item I was waiting to be restocked. Restocking happens at 2PM, I got confirmation of my order at 1:58 PM. I receive confirmation of the sale by email. Two days later when I have not received yet info about the shipping I contact the customer service and they tell me it was out of stock.

Somehow I was earlier than the restocking but I'm told that it's because they run out in less than an hour of them. On top of that, they didn't communicate or refunded the money until I approached them two days later. I wonder how long it would have been if I had just trusted that they were just taking longer

Hold jer fra at handle tilbud hos NN07. Når de skal fremsende ordren får man besked om at varen er udsolgt. Det til trods for at jeg har modtaget en ordrebekræftigelse og besked om at mine vare er pakket og sendt. Det er bare ikke okay. Varen er stadig på hjemmesiden men nu til fuld pris

Unhelpful customer service. "computer says no" attitude.

Basket page had a code and discount applied. Took a screenshot of the page before processing and total I was charged was different to what was taken.

Asked for the difference to be refunded along with a screenshot and details of what went wrong. Was told no, just to send the item back. I didn't want to send the item back, I wanted the price I was quoted on the checkout page. Asked for the whole order to be refunded, was again told no, I just needed to send back the order.

So I'll be charged the £15 shipping and whatever it costs to return to Denmark. Ridiculously unhelpful replies. Last time I buy from NN07 direct, for sure.

I would not recommend to purchase anything from this website. I needed help and spoke to customer support about the issue. They just said they can’t do anything about it, when they had all the means to easily fix it. Instead they just said “we can’t do anything”.

To even call what this company offers „customer service” is blasphemy!
They started sending me payment reminders for an order that was returned more than 2 months ago - just finger pointing, no support. I’ve checked with DHL, they’re 100% certain the issue is on NN07‘s part, most likely it was lost in the warehouse.

Now I’m paying for an order that I returned to avoid further fees, which is of course a great business model for this brand. Anders Rahr and company should feel ashamed!

I have sent a describtion of the fault and pictures of it and didn't get a customer friendly answer.
The quality of the product was very bad, it tore at some places at the first try on.
Even within one year after the purchase NN07 doesn't have a good claim management.

Har købt tre poloer, hvor der i alle tre er gået hul samme sted ved mærket i nakken inden for det første halve år. Jeg har også haft et par jeans, som efter maksimalt 10 gange brug, også var “slidt” ned. Kvaliteten af tøjet er dårlig og bæredygtigheden derfor ikke eksisterende. Køb fra andre mærker.

Don't buy anything there! Totally bad material quality at completely unrealistic prices! The worst thing is that NN07 doesn't respond to complaints! This is systematic rip-off and fraud!

I bought around 14 pairs of Marco 1400 chinos in various colors, 10 of these developed a vertical tear at the exact same spot right next to the rear pocket. Not what you expect from a product in this price segment.

Lack of repairement options after the two years guarantee,. Sadly the jacket was sold very expensive for being waterproof and resilient, which failed after a year . The company 's sustainability policy is to simply throw it and buy a new one since the two years of guarantee have passed

Jeg må desværre tilslutte mig, de mange anmeldelser om dårlig kvalitet og kundeservice. Købte en GOLF8181, vinterjakke, som allerede efter 1 år er ved at gå op i materialet utalligesteder. Materialet virker lynhurtigt slidt, og generelt af ringe kvalitet.
Alt bliver afvist på “slid” - selvom jakken måske har været brugt 3-4 måneder i perioden.
