Ook zaten er al scheuren in de buitenlaag. Heb je jas in die tijd slechts af en toe gebruikt. Ook werken ze verder niet mee met een oplossing.

Op geen enkele manier is het mogelijk om contact te krijgen met Samsoe Samsoe. Zowel via Instagram als via mail niet. Enorm slechte service.

Super kundeservice

Super kundeservice! Jeg henvendte mig til kundeservice med et par jeans, hvor en nitte ved en af lommerne var faldet af. De tilbød at betale for skrædder til at reparere dem, hvilket jeg glad takkede ja til.

Mine jeans var ligefrem købt brugt af en anden, så jeg satte stor pris på, at de gad at hjælpe!

Greatful for the service

Unmöglicher Kundenservice

Mag den Stil eigentlich sehr gerne, aber der Kundenservice im Onlineshop ist unmöglich. Meine Retoure wurde verweigert, weil das Kleid angeblich Deoflecken hatte. Ich hatte es aber nicht probiert, weil es mir sichtbar zu klein war - also woher hätten die Flecken kommen sollen? Nach langer Diskussion wurde mir das Kleid wieder zugeschickt und interessanterweise hatte es keine Flecken. Die angeblich vom Kundenservice fotografierten Flecken waren nicht zu finden, auf erneute Nachfrage wurde ausgewichen und schließlich nicht mehr geantwortet. Bei den Preisen absolut unmöglich und scheinbar auch eher eine Masche, wenn ich die anderen Rezensionen lese.

One of the worst experience with a retail company.



I ordered a leather jacket online and waited almost two weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived, it had an extremely unpleasant, rancid smell—a mix of chemicals and something resembling a spoiled whey protein smoothie. It did not smell like leather at all. Even after airing it out, the odour did not disappear and quickly spread throughout my home.

I contacted customer service to request an exchange for the same jacket that was not faulty. Unfortunately, they made no real effort to source a replacement or offer a practical solution, although the item was available in many of their stores across Europe, and only online sold out. The entire communication process was frustrating, unhelpful, and showed a complete lack of care for the customer.

I genuinely like the brand’s concept and design, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Poor quality control combined with very weak customer support has completely put me off purchasing from them again. This is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had.

Terrible quality

Purchased a coat in Copenhagen a few weeks ago and wore it four times max - buttons were popping off, the belt loop broke, the tag came off. I had to pay for alterations. Fuming, I emailed Customer Service and they said because I have bought it on sale (I hadn’t), they can’t do anything about it and to take it in store with a receipt, which I cannot do. I’m so so disappointed in the quality, I had such high regard for this brand but it’s not worth the price tag.

I can see that you’ve been in contact with one of my colleagues, and I’d like to clarify that we do offer the same return and claim policy for both full-priced and discounted items. That your coat should've been purchased on sale, was not mentioned in any of the email correspondence.

Since your purchase was made in-store, claims do need to be handled directly through one of our stores. As you had already visited a tailor in London, my colleague therefore kindly suggested visiting our London store, where they would be able to assist you further.

Quality of the brand lowers every year, while prices rise...

Was one of my favorite brands, design/style wise. 60%/70% of my closet was filled with samsøe, so I can say that im very familiar with the brand.

But the quality is dropping fast(!!!) last 3+ years (fabrics, longevity and poor construction). So fast that i would not advise anybody to buy stuff from Samsøe, simply because its not worth it anymore. Just one of many examples; I could throw my winterjacket away after 3 months, it looked like a deflated balloon. that was an expensive cost per wear haha... That was my final sign, quality is not what it used to be, and it such a shame 😭

If it is was my brand, I would be really ashamed, many negative reviews about the quality... is that worth maximizing profits? sincere question...

I really hope your take this feedback with you and make some changes on short notice.

I have purchased a cardigan in store

I have purchased a cardigan in store. It looked lovely and seemed high quality.
After wearing it less than 5 times it has started pilling as cheap polyester (even though it's mostly wool and alpaca). It's covered completely on arms (upper arms and outside of the arms where there is no friction whatsoever), body and back are covered in them also. Upon closer inspection I noticed uneven knit thickness all over the cardigan with visible holes and thinning fabric. It's absolutely abysmal quality and bearing in mind the price point it is even more disappointing.

Disappointing quality

Hello,
I bought two pairs of jeans.Rebecca and Sarebecca. I had tried them before in the shop but wanted a different length. I tried them at home and decided to keep them both because they fitted very well. I washed the two pairs before wearing them and now they seem to fit me loser and have already lost the shape. I am disappointed with the quality. I must specify that they were washed with cold water/ wool wash/ turned inside out.

Köp inte kläder från Samsøe

Köp inte kläder från Samsøe. Köpte en skjorta och det blev en stort hål vid underarmen efter endast 6 månader med måttligt användande. Butiken där jag köpte den kontaktade Samsøe som vägrade att göra något åt problemet och hävdade att det är normalt slitage. Riktigt uselt av dem och vittnar om klädernas dåliga kvalitet. Inte hållbart.

Great Products and fast and friendly customerservice

First, let's talk about the sweater we purchased. It's of great quality, looks fantastic, and the price-performance ratio is perfect. Regarding our customer service inquiry, I asked because I was looking for a similar sweater. The response was super fast, incredibly friendly, and included a link with suggestions for similar sweaters (the one we requested). We are new customers and will continue to be so in the future. I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Samsoe Samsoe. After returning an item within the legal period, the company refused to issue a proper refund, claiming the product smelled of perfume. They only offered 10% of the purchase price or suggested donating my item, even without my consent. This is not what I would expect from a reputable brand. Customer service was unhelpful and rigid. EDIT: I received the item back and it doesn`t smell of perfume at all.
